Recently,the Ministry of Education and other five departments issued the "Teacher Education Revitalization Action Plan(2018-2022)",It mentioned that we must vigorously strengthen the construction of teachers and Strengthening teachers education and training.Entry education is an important stage of teachers education.It is a bridge between pre-service training and in-service training.It is also the first stage of continuing education for early teachers after they enter education posts.It plays a crucial role in the career development of novice teachers and to a certain extent,it also determines the level of professional quality of teachers in our country.This article starts from the status quo of the professional quality of novice physics teachers.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the professional qualities of novice physics teachers from the five aspects of professional affection,professional wisdom,professional skills,professional ability,and professional knowledge.Starting from the present situation of professional quality of novice physics teachers.According to the current situation of novice physics teachers' professional quality,this paper makes an interview investigation on the novice physics teachers and physics teaching researchers,so as to find out the detailed situation of the education and teaching problems caused by the deficiency of the novice physics teachers'professional quality.The authors also investigated the teachers' views and demands on the entry education,which provided the basis for the analysis of the causes of the quality training and the improvement of the countermeasures.Discovered through investigation,the novice physics teachers mainly have the following problems in their professional qualities,in terms of professional wisdom,it is mainly reflected in the fact that education and teaching activities cannot be flexibly handled and process;in terms of professional affection,it is mainly reflected in the low professional loyalty of teachers;in terms of professional skills shortcoming,it is mainly reflected in the understanding of the skills of education and teaching,physical knowledge framework;in the professional ability is mainly reflected in the physical expression ability,physics experiment ability,education and scientific research ability is insufficient;in terms of professional knowledge,it is mainly reflected in the lack of physics knowledge and physics education and teaching theory knowledge.For the education and teaching problems caused by the lack of professional quality of the novice physics teachers,the education bureau and the school will carry out corresponding special training such as high-quality course observation,online training,mentoring guidance etc.Through interviews and investigations,it is found that entry education has many problems in the training of professional qualities.The evaluation assessment method focuses on the final assessment;lack of targeted in training content and training methods;lack of supervision in conducting entry education in the course of training;the protection measures for instructors and novice physics teachers are not appropriate.At the same time,there are certain external factors such as teachers'qualification assessment is relatively loose,professional quality is uneven,etc.Problems in training the professional quality of entry education,i proposes four improvements,the first step is to increase assessment and assessment and supervise the development of professional quality.Second,we must fully understand the training needs and conduct training for the needs.Third,it is necessary to enhance the execution of training and ensure the high efficiency of education and training.Fourth,we must encourage professional autonomy and develop lifelong learning capabilities and put forward specific improvement measures for each countermeasure,with this hope that it can provide reference for improving the professional quality of entry education and guarantee the training effect.At the same time,it also provides reference for the training of professional education for other disciplines.
