Objective: Based on encephal of luctuograph technology(Encephal of Fluctuogram Technology,ET),an observation is required to study the effect of 60-minute aerobic exercise on central neurotransmitters and cerebral function states, explore central fatigue mechanism of acute endurance exercised, and provide scientific guidance in the aspect of the athletes' competitive status evaluation, training fatigue monitoring and training load arrangement. Methods: A randomized pretest and posttest design 2(exercise intervention,no exercise intervention)*2(pretest and posttest)has been launched.30 male college students majoring in physical were selected, and according to their student number, they were divided into 30 groups,15 students for the experimental group and 15 students for the control group, via random allocation from computer. After 15 experimental subjects in the experimental group for 60 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercise,ET technology, obtained before the aerobic exercise, every 18 minutes after aerobic athletes central neurotransmitter gammaaminobutyric acid(S1 representative activity,S2 represent the activity of glutamate and serotonin S4 representative activity,S7 representative norepinephrine activity,S11 representative dopamine activity, etc.),alpha super slow wave ratio(8,9,10,11,12,13 hz)and entropy change;the control group of 15 subjects were collected before and after a rest period of 60 minutes and 18 minutes ET number of each index value. In addition,RPE,heart rate, heart rate variability(LF tension, sympathetic HF activity intensity,LF/HF said the vagal balance, both LF and HF SDNN said the RMS of ECG NN interval standard deviation,RMSSD said the whole difference value of adjacent NN intervals)comprehensive evaluation of load intensity and movement fatigue. The independent sample T test was used to measure the difference in mean between groups.Results:(1)the experimental group and control group5-HT(5 HT)were measured before and after the difference between groups was significant,df=28,P<0.05,GLU(glutamic acid)differences between the groups was significant,df=28,P<0.05,DA(dopamine)differences between the groups was significant,df=28,P<0.05 and other neurotransmitters difference between group were not significant;(2)differences between the experimental group and the control group before and after the entropy measurement of difference between groups was significant,df=28,P<0.01,alpha differencebefore and after super slow wave ratio measuring the difference between groups was not significant;(3)the experimental group and the control group before and after the heart rate variability index of HF,SDNN and rMSSD of two groups a significant difference between the index of HF,df=28,P<0.05,df=28,P<0.05,SDNN index,rMSSD index,df=28,P<0.05,and other differences in heart rate variability index measuring the difference between groups was not significant;(4)glutamate(S2)and serotonin(5 S4)was negatively related to the neurotransmitter(r=-0.522,p<0.05);5 hydroxytryptamine(S4)and dopamine(S11)neurotransmitters negatively correlated(r=-0.673,p<0.01);dopamine(S11)was negatively correlated with entropy(r=-0.306,p<0.05);other indicators are not related.Conclusion:(1)60 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercise after the GLU,DA and 5-HT decreased neurotransmitter neurotransmitter increased;(2)the entropy increased suggesting that orderly break 60 minutes of the original balance state of brain moderate intensity aerobic exercise,to improve the degree of brain function disorder;(3)60 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercise will lead to the occurrence of central fatigue, the change of central fatigue and the central neurotransmitter related.
