Executive function plays an important role of cognitive processing, and executive dysfunction and autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, schizophrenia and other mental illness-related, with frontal lobe damage, parkinson’s disease, dementia and other neurological diseases related. Therefore, a means of looking for a training and regulation of executive function is of great significance, and movement as both an economical and effective way to more and more subject to the attention of researchers, various studies found that different sports can contribute to the development of executive function, secondary intensity aerobic exercise seems to be in more obvious, but the different types of sports, different subjects, different experimental designs and different tasks selected, the results are inconsistent. Movement conducive to the development of executive function is beyond doubt, but some issues require further study. This article compares the ordinary female students and girl students majoring in the executive function of the three sub-functions (memory refresh, suppression, cognitive conversion function) differences, to explore the role of short-term moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on executive function, whether regular exercise ordinary female students more vulnerable to the impact of the movement. In this paper, the design two experiments to verify the above assumptions.17normal female students to select non-sports professionals, sports professional female students is17. Executive function of the three sub-function tests were two groups of female students, compared to its implementation of the functional differences. Subsequent experiments on two groups of subjects, short-term moderate-intensity aerobic exercise intervention, compare before and after exercise executive functions of the sub-function changes. The research was supported by the following results:(1) ordinary student groups and sports executive function of the professional group there are differences, the correct rate of the2-back, the odd correct rate, the Go/no-go reaction time, the performance of the sports professional group than normal group better. However, on the shifting reaction, the ordinary group fared better than the Sports Section.(2) executive function in the two groups before and after comparison:the female students after exercise in the correct rate of the Go/no-go task, the odd task reaction time before the movement and shifting the correct rate than significant levels. Go/no-go reaction time and correct rate of the shifting, the general group of female students more vulnerable to short-term aerobic exercise effects. Conclusion:The often engaged in some female college students to exercise the sport of professional brush in memory function and inhibit the function better than regular exercise ordinary female students, and ordinary group of female students in the cognitive conversion function better than sports professional group women college students. Significant role in promoting short-term aerobic exercise on the suppression of female students and cognitive conversion function, however, its memory refresh function had no significant effect. Short-term aerobic exercise on the normal female college students do not exercise regularly suppression and cognitive conversion function more obvious effects, especially suppression...
