With the development of national fitness activities,the voluntary service of social sports instructors has become the main force of national fitness programs.With the general improvement of the living standard and the increase of leisure time of the residents,more people participate in the national fitness programs.However,the current loss of talents for social sports instructors becomes serious.The main problem in management is the lack of effective incentive mechanism.Therefore,the motivation of social sports instructors is an urgent problem to be studied.The paper uses literature research methods,interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other research methods,taking the social sports instructors of Shenyang as the research object.The paper mainly conducts research on the basic situation and guidance behavior of social sports instructors in Shenyang and analyses the incentives of the social sports instructors.It suggests that development strategies should be consistent with the needs of social sports instructors in Shenyang.The conclusions are as follows:First,through the analysis of the basic situation of social sports instructors in Shenyang,it reflects the serious problems of aging.The major participants including middle-aged and older people and the participation rate of women is greater than that of men.Second,through the analysis of guiding behavior of social sports instructors in Shenyang,including motivation of guidance,time of guidance,frequency of guidance,sites of guidance,projects of guidance,methods of guidance and organization methods.The guidance effect,that is,the survey of the satisfaction of people.The guiding behavior also reflect the problems existing in social sports instructors.It shows that although the social sports instructors have strong desire of guidance,the actual guidance is not efficient,that is,the social sports instructors lack of motivation.Through the investigation of the incentive situation,it is revealed that the incentive method is single and the problem of stressing on spiritual incentives while lacking material incentives.Third,through Maslow's hierarchy of needs,it drawn the behavioral needs of social sports instructors in Shenyang and finally determined the content elements of 20 motivational factors,namely personal growth and development,job satisfaction,volunteerism,access to health,working interests and hobbies,self-realization,self-esteem and self-confidence,knowledge and ability to perform work,work received honorary recognition,work received social recognition,active participation of the masses,harmonious communication among instructors,managerial relations,organization of training exchanges,the implementation of policies and management,protection of laws and regulations,medical insurance,activity venues and facilities,activity funds,reward mechanisms to solve problems and propose development strategies that meet the needs of social sports instructors in Shenyang.It is recommended that the department that manages the social sports instructor should be responsible for the management and motivation of the social sports instructor.In order to adopt appropriate strategies,all social factors should be combined with the actual situation of the guidance of the social sports instructor in Shenyang.Combining all 20 incentive factors,the social sports instructors in Shenyang are motivated by self-realization factors,respecting factors,belonging factors,safety factors and material factors.The purpose is to motivate the behavior of the social sports instructors and improve instructional efficiency and serve the people.
