Hubei Public Welfare Social Sports Instructor Research On Incentive Mechanism

With the implementation of national fitness policy and healthy China national strategy,the era of national fitness has come.The awareness of scientific fitness activities has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and the demand of the masses for fitness and fitness guidance is increasing.Public welfare social sports instructors are social sports instructors who are engaged in voluntary service of national fitness with the purpose of meeting people’s sports needs and the purpose of dedication,health and happiness.The development of public welfare social sports instructors is closely related to the implementation effect of national strategy and the participation scale of mass sports fitness activities.In the atmosphere that the mass fitness activities need to rise,the masses have derived the requirements of scientific fitness diversification and high-quality guidance services,which promote the continuous development of public welfare social sports instructors.This paper takes the incentive mechanism of public welfare social sports instructors as the research object,and adopts the research methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,field survey and so on.Taking Hubei public welfare social sports instructors as the research subject,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of incentive of public welfare social sports instructors at the provincial level.Through the investigation and analysis of the basic situation,incentive situation,guidance situation and motivation factors of public welfare social sports instructors in Hubei Province,the problems and conclusions include: first,the lack of incentive policy for public welfare social sports instructors The loss is not enough.The policy norms of public welfare social sports instructors mainly focus on grading,centralized training and service mode,and lack of complete incentive policy and implementation plan;second,the incentive content of public welfare social sports instructors is not balanced.Thirdly,the internal management of public welfare social sports instructors needs to be improved.The implementation of incentive measures for public welfare social sports instructors is lack of scientific and institutionalized management.Through the study of incentive mechanism,four incentive principles of public welfare social sports instructors are established,namely,the principle of fairness,the principle of human nature,the principle of difference and the principle of dialectical unity.This paper puts forward the following incentive mechanism construction measures for public welfare social sports instructors.On the one hand,it is the incentive mechanism construction plate,namely:basic guarantee incentive mechanism,personal emotion incentive mechanism,talent guarantee incentive mechanism,evaluation and supervision incentive mechanism;on the other hand,it is the incentive mechanism guarantee measures,including: first,the government introduces corresponding policies to promote the incentive mechanism on the right track;second,it is the incentive mechanism guarantee measures Third,improve the fund management system to ensure the normal operation of the incentive mechanism;fourth,improve the incentive mechanism to strengthen the cooperation among organizations.Finally,some conclusions and suggestions are put forward.
