Study On The Implementation Model Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Policy In Xi'an

In recent years,with the development of China's higher education and the continuous expansion of colleges and universities,the number of college graduates has also increased year by year.Millions of graduates have flooded the labor market,which has brought heavy pressure on China's employment situation.Employment is the basis of people's livelihood.The problem of employment for college students is not only the college students themselves and their families,but it is also the concern of the whole society.At present,more and more college students have chosen to start their own businesses,gradually gained social recognition and government support,and the country has also introduced relevant policies to effectively support college students to start their own businesses.Resolving employment through entrepreneurship is a useful way to solve the employment problem of college students,ease employment pressure,ensure social harmony and promote the further development of the market economy.As a center for education,economics,and social development in the northwest region,Xi'an City,while earnestly implementing the relevant policies,has also formulated a series of supporting rules that are conducive to entrepreneurship for college students,optimized the institutional environment,and effectively promoted the entrepreneurship of college students in Xi'an.Studying the practical support policy for college students in Xi'an has practical significance and is of reference significance for the entrepreneurial support of college students in other regions.This paper first investigates the entrepreneurial situation of college students in Xi'an through questionnaires,and sorts out the "pain points" faced by college students in their entrepreneurial practice,that is,the key issues that need to be resolved.Secondly,the article uses the Smith framework model to analyze the implementation of entrepreneurial policies for college students in Xi'an.It analyzes the problems in the implementation of policies and conducts in-depth analysis from three dimensions: government,school,and society.Finally,combining with the actual situation of college students in Xi'an,the thesis proposes the measures to improve the implementation of college students' entrepreneurial policies from the government,school and society.Through these measures,we can effectively improve the problems existing in the implementation of college students' entrepreneurial policies in Xi'an,and promote the development of college students' entrepreneurial activities in Xi'an.It is believed that the research in this paper can provide some reference for other related research work.
