The purpose of the study is:Through the study of the teaching method of the new forehand high and far ball teaching,and comparing the differences between the teaching methods and the traditional teaching methods,we find out the advantages of the new teaching methods in the teaching of high and far ball in the forehand.Research methods:This paper studies through literature,expert interview,experiment,image analysis and mathematical statistics.In the experimental method,the students of the 2016 class of sports education in Xi'an Physical Education University were selected as the subjects,and the new teaching methods and traditional teaching methods were carried out by the forehand.In the image analysis method,we choose the best one in the forehand high ball action to do the kinematics analysis.Conclusion:1.In the post test of the teaching method of high and far ball teaching by forehand,the evaluation results of the experimental group are better than the control group in the evaluation index evaluation of the area of the fixed hand hitting the high and far ball fixed point,the technical evaluation,the number of playing times and the formation of the action skills.It shows that the new teaching method is in the teaching of the beginner's forehand high ball technique.The teaching effect is more remarkable.2.In the teaching of forehand high and far ball technology,the new teaching method is combined with the requirement of action skill in teaching,the combination of skill and step teaching,the diversification of practice means,the combination of decomposing practice and complete practice,and the combination of various practice ways,so as to improve the students' learning efficiency and learning enthusiasm.3.In the experiment of forehand high distance ball teaching method,the postures of the students in the experimental group are more stable;the height of the batting point is improved;the control of the body's center of gravity is more stable;the kinetic energy transmission of the body parts is more smooth,the internal rotation and the feeling of the force of the fingers are enhanced.The pace of the fast moving in place,in order to better complete the action,in the teaching of the forehand stroke technology,in the teaching of the upper limb at the same time to pay attention to the teaching of lower extremity,hand and foot,the teaching effect will be better.Suggestion:1,In the teaching,teachers constantly improve their professional skills,accurate actiondemonstration,grasp the skills of action,in the teaching of theory combined with action technology,guiding students to carry out teaching practice.2,In the teaching,we use different methods of exercise,pay attention to the feedback of the teaching effect,guide the students to correct the details of the action.In the learning action technology,the students require theory to combine practice,form the correct action consciousness to the action technology,and study the movements and steps of the upper limbs at the same time,in order to improve the teaching effect.And efficiency.3,In the teaching and training,the integration of the new teaching ideas and teaching methods,the courage to try and innovation,so as to better improve the efficiency of teaching and training.
