Research purposes: Weight lifting exercise is a physical strength-led rapid strength project.In the weightlifting competition,it is necessary to use strength as the basis and technology as guarantee to achieve good results.The standard of success in a weightlifting competition is to succeed by stipulating a form of movement that lifts the barbell and meets the requirements of the rules.The body shape of the weightlifting process from flexion to extension until the body remains upright and stationary is considered successful.Therefore,in this study,the main knee joints of the body such as the knee joint,hip joint,and lower back were studied by flexion and extension of muscle strength.To explore the law and characteristics of muscle strength of the joint muscles of Shaanxi elite female weight lifters,and to explore the joint muscle strength that affects the performance of the sports.It provides reference basis for weightlifting athletes to arrange training reasonably,scientifically plan training range,prevention of injury to joints and muscles,selection of sports materials,and so on.Research methods: This article mainly applies the German Isomed2000 test training system to perform isometric muscle strength tests on the hips,knees,and lower back areas of Shaanxi Province's elite female weightlifters,and explores the characteristics of peak moments of muscles in three joints and regions.Characteristics of joint muscle strength in three angular velocity modes: fast(240 °/s,180°/s),medium(120°/s),and slow(60°/s),differences in muscle groups of the same name,flexion and extension The peak-moment ratio of the muscle groups,and the correlation analysis between the relative peak moments of the extensors and extensors and the relative snatch and jerk results.Research results:(1)Relative kinematic peak values ??of the knees of the subjects:slow speed: 1.42±0.36,3.08±0.67,medium speed: 1.25±0.29,2.61±0.48,rapid:1.23±0.34,2.47±0.41.Subjects' relative peak hip torque values: Slow: flexion 1.26±0.18,extension3.12±0.47,medium speed: flexion 1.15±0.21,extension 2.0±0.65,rapid: flexion1.14±0.2,extension 3.11±0.56.Subjects' low back relative peak torque values: Slow: flexion 2.24±0.2,extension3.97±0.91,medium speed: 2.39±0.28,4.15±0.52,rapid: 1.83±0.39,4.66±0.49(2)Knee flexion/extension force ratio of the subject: slow speed: 0.46±0.07,medium speed 0.48±0.09,rapid 0.48±0.1Subjects hip flexor-extension force ratio: slow speed: 0.4±0.05,medium speed0.41±0.06,rapid 0.37±0.07Subjects' dorsiflexion and flexor strength ratio: slow speed: 0.59±0.13,medium speed0.58±0.07,fast 0.39±0.06(3)Muscle strength ratio of the same name of the subject: Slow: flexion 1.15±0.09,extension 1.1±0.13 medium,flexion 1.07±0.12,extension 1.06±0.13,rapid: flexion1.1±0.12,extension 1.02±0.06 The muscle strength ratio of the hip joint of the subject was: slow speed: 0.99±0.11,extension 0.96±0.1,medium speed: flexion 1.04±0.16,extension 0.95±0.18,rapid:flexion 1±0.09,extension 0.93±0.18.(4)There was a significant correlation between the relative flexion torque of the right flexor muscle and the relative jerk results in the hip joint 240°/s rapid explosive force model(r=0.778),also in the left side of 120°/s medium speed mode.The relative flexion and extension peak torque values of the hip joints were significantly correlated with relative jerk results(r=0.825)(r=0.764).The relative peak torque of the left flexor muscle at 60°/s slow mode was significantly correlated with the relative jerk results(r=0.837).The relative peak moments of mid-speed flexion and extensor muscles in the lower back were significantly correlated with relative jerk results(r=0.842)(r=0.798).The peak torque of knee flexors and extensors of Shaanxi elite female weightlifters decreases with the increase of exercise speed.The extensor peak moments of the hip and lower back joints increase as the speed of movement increases.(2)Extensor muscle strength of Shaanxi elite female weightlifters is superior to that of the flexors,and knee joints,hip joints,lower back joints and muscle groups all have certain risk of injury.(3)Differences in the muscles of the same name in Shaanxi's elite women's weightlifting athletes were within 20%,which did not reach the level of clinical attention.There are more than 20% of cases of slow flexion,slow stretching,and rapid flexion in the knee,mid-speed flexion,mid-speed flexion,and rapid extension in the hip joint.(4)There is a significant correlation between the slow hip flexion,mid-speed flexion and extension,rapid flexion relative peak torque and relative jerk results of excellent female weightlifters in Shaanxi Province.The mid-speed flexion/extension relative peak torque of the lower back has a significant correlation with relative jerk results.
