Purposes:Knee and ankle is one of the most important joints, whose main function is flextion and extension. This study under laboratory conditions using isokinetic testing system, analysis system and surface electromyography(sEMG) testing system, studied on knee and ankle joint movement under flexion and extension, committed to the relationship between index in different joints of the lower limb of the human body in conventional motion state of mechanical parameters and each joint force major muscle groups of EMG change during and isokinetic testing process and actual motion of each index. The results of this study will be on the human body movement muscle s EMG Applied to sports practice is very important.Research methods: In this study, using the literature method, expert interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method and scientific method, which focus on the use of experimental method to carry on a research to the eight male students,Sports Major, in Xi’an Institute of Physical Education. This study use German isomed2000 isokinetic test system, made in Japan CASIO-FH25 high speed video camera and Finland MegaWin6000 portable telemetry EMG test instrument, such as instrument, on different forms of exercise of knee, ankle joint mainly flexor and extensor surface electromyography(sEMG) were studied. Analysis of surface EMG change characteristics under the conditions of different exercise.Research results:1. The ankle and knee centripetal contraction, joint angular velocity from 60 deg/ sec changes to 240 DEG / sec, flexor and extensor raw EMG maximum value decreases with the increase of joint angular velocity. Different angular velocity between the significant difference(P < 0.05). This with those measured by isokinetic testing system of flexor and extensor group relative peak torque change is consistent. And concentric and eccentric contraction of the flexor and extensor muscle of the raw EMG maximum values were less than isometric value.2. In the ankle and knee concentric contraction process, the angular velocity from60 deg / sec changes to 240 DEG / sec, flexor and extensor iEMG value decreases with the increase of joint angular velocity. Significant difference between different angular velocity(P < 0.05). And in concentric and eccentric contraction of the flexor and extensor muscle iEMG value were less than isometric value.3. The ankle and knee concentric contraction process, the angular velocity from 60 deg / sec changes to 240 DEG / sec, flexor and extensor RMS maximum value andmean value decreases with the increase of joint angular velocity. There was no significant difference between different angular velocity. And concentric and eccentric contraction of the flexion extension muscle RMS value was less than etc.long shrinkage value.4. Isokinetic muscle strength testing system of the test under different conditions and jump and vertical jump movement process in comparison, ankle, knee flexion original extensor EMG and the maximum value occurred in during isometric contraction.5. Isokinetic muscle strength testing system of test under different conditions and are deep and vertical jump jump motion process in comparison, ankle, knee flexion muscle iEMG value were in isometric contraction in the process of.6 under different conditions of the test and the jump depth and the jump movement of the ankle, the maximum value and mean value of the RMS of the knee flexor and extensor muscle in the process of isometric contraction.7 in the actual operation of the human body, the main muscle groups in the ankle, the maximum value of the integral EMG in the buffer period, the maximum value and average value of RMS are significantly larger than their respective tic period of the relevant value.Research conclusions:1. The lower limb of the human body joint major muscle group in contraction(speed) of the movement, Qu original extensor EMG maximum, maximum iEMG value, RMS maximum and mean RMS in during isometric contraction were significantly higher than that of the eccentric contraction and concentric contraction value.2. The lower limb of the human body joint major muscle group in the process of isokinetic concentric contraction, flexor extensor raw EMG maximum, the maximum value of iEMG and RMS maximum and mean RMS were accompanied by a joint angle velocity increases and decreases.3.the major muscle groups of the lower limb of the human body are in the process of constant velocity concentric contraction. The relative peak torque of the flexor and extensor muscles decreases with the increase of the angular velocity of the joint. In depth jump or vertical jump buffer period foot reaction force is greater than the value of the tic during stretching, ankle, knee joint and muscle centrifugal contraction strength is greater than in concentric contraction activity intensity, which may and eccentric contraction has a unique neuromuscular activity.
