| Through systematic study and research project management theory,the author analyzes a large number of specific large-scale sports events operation cases,and studies how to use project management theory to manage the sports events in Colleges and universities.This paper takes the tenth track and field sports meeting in Shandong as the research object.According to the life cycle of the project,it focuses on the four processes of the organization,planning,implementation and control of the project,which improves the management level of the event organizers and enhances the process control of the project.Project management plays a key role in the implementation of sports events.In the process of project planning,the whole project is decomposed mainly through WBS and responsibility allocation matrix,and the responsibilities and tasks of various departments are clearly defined.The planning work of the project is strengthened and a good foundation for the operation of the project is laid.During the implementation and control of the project,the Gantt chart was drawn according to the project schedule,the project management was strengthened and the project was completed on schedule.In the aspect of cost management,the cost control of the project was strengthened through the project budget,cost control and cost analysis,and the risk of the project was analyzed by "SWOT".The risk control of the project is stronger.Through evaluation,the author puts forward five optimization proposals for the project and summarizes the project.The author believes that in the implementation of the project,the project planning is the foundation of the project,and the implementation and measures are the key.In the process of implementing the project,we should grasp the two elements of time and people,and make an emergency plan to provide a strong support for the successful implementation of the project. |
