Colleges and universities are important bases for cultivating new talents of the young generation,and also important positions to arm the college students with the socialist core value system.University ideology construction is an important part of state ideology construction,which shoulders the heavy responsibilities of setting up the belief of communism among college students,cultivating marxist theory and social core values,and firming the ideal faith.Since the eighteenth national congress of the party has been held,the CPC central committee with a core of xi jinping general secretary attached great importance to the construction of the ideological work,and focused in several important occasion speech stresses the importance of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,it is not only a school event,more of a national event;And in the nineteenth people's report,President xi jinping again emphasized the new era of youth groups' important impact on the future social values orientation,with teaching the young to timely "fasten the first button" in life,so,the rest of the button will not go wrong.The author is mainly using the literature research,historical analysis and comparative research methods in the process of writing this paper,On the basis of the relevant theory to the construction of ideology,taking the ideological work in colleges and universities in the new era under the new situation facing the specific plight as the breakthrough point,this paper discusses the construction processes.There are four aspects in this thesis.Firstly,it states the international and domestic background of researching and this article's researching status quo,in the tide of economic globalization,the thought of penetration is an increasingly serious problem;the arrival of the new era,offers a new condition for the construction of ideology,also puts forward new requirements.Secondly,it presents the theory of this thesis and the evolution process of paradigm and the reality,the definiation of the connotation and the importance positioning of the research object positioning are the preconditions of researching papers,evolution of the reality of university ideology construction mainly from 1921 began to write when the CCP establishments,with researching achievements as the main basis,and it is mainly divided into four periods.Thirdly,the description of realistic predicament is one of the key points of this paper.It analyzes the predicament of macro and micro sectors from two dimensions of off-campus and on-campus.Finally,in view of the proposed difficulties,some effective solutions are put forward,the party upholds the leadership of;the party committee and leaders of colleges and universities should pay more attention to ideological construction and improve the corresponding working system;teachers should cultivate morality by improving their own quality;college students should enhance their initiative and improve their education andself-learning ability.The paper is written mainly from four respectives:the party,the party committee and leaders of the colleges and university,ideological and political theory teachers and college students themselves,and for their respective roles and functions' specific analysis,to provide methods for the real problems.Through the researching of this subject,in the theoretical aspect,it can provide theoretical support and discussion for the ideological construction of colleges and universities.In practical,it can arouse the society to rethink the ideological work of colleges and universities,and enrich the thoughts and pathes of perfecting this work.
