With the rapid development of market economy,the field of labor relations in our country has changed from individual labor relations to collective labor relations.At present,the collective labor dispute cases are growing rapidly and the scale of labor conflicts is the main characteristic of labor disputes.Collective disputes involve not only the interests of individual laborers,but also the basic right of subsistence of workers,such as arrears of wages,living expenses,arrears of social insurance,and so on.Such disputes involve a large number of people,sudden,strong impact,the parties are easy to intensify the emotional,difficult to deal with,easily lead to strike,sit-ins,containment traffic,collective petition and so seriously hinder the harmonious development of social stability.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to the adjustment of collective labor relations,to confirm and standardize the collective labor rights,especially the collective bargaining power of collective labor rights,because the exercise of collective bargaining power is to ease and resolve labor conflicts A very important measure.However,there are some problems in the practice of collective bargaining in our country,which hinders the effect of the exercise of collective bargaining power.Therefore,this article mainly through the study of collective bargaining power in practice problems,find its causes and try to seek to meet our national conditions and adapt to China's collective labor dispute disputes the status of collective bargaining system and system,in order to promote the effectiveness of collective bargaining exercise.Finally,this paper discusses the problems in the practice of collective bargaining in practice,and puts forward specific solutions to the problems existing in the subject.
