| The trigonometric,as an important model in mathematics,is not only a focus in Senior high school mathematics,but a key point in College Entrance Examination.Trigonometry is a bridge between algebra and geometry,and a channel for the combination of numbers and shapes.Thus,it has been applied in real life is also extremely extensive.Applied in real life.The study of trigonometric functions is of great significance for further study of other functional knowledge.The traditional assessment system focuses on results,in which scores attach much importance.Based on the sub-level structure of the SOLO classification proposed by Trig well,Prosser(1991)and Burnett(1999),this paper obtained the SOLO level standard for SOLO level test papers and sub-level structures of SOLO classification,after analyzing the teaching material and related original questions in College Entrance Examination in recent years.The present study took 228 senior one students and two math students as the research subject,all of which were from two key high schools in Fuzhou.The research questions mainly contains:What are students’SOLO level structure in the learning of trigonometric;(2)What are the methods for students to solve trigonometric function problems;(3 What problems exist in students’mastery of trigonometric;(4)How teachers make trigonometric teaching.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)students’SOLO level structure varied as contents change of trigonometric.80%students were in multi-structural and relational level,and 50%they were in the highest relational level when they deal with comprehensive problems on the image and properties of the sinusoidal function and problems on ~y=Asin(?x+?)in specified context.The level in the concept of Trigonometry not that well.(2)Confronted with trigonometric problems,students had a good command of The trigonometric function model fitting method,the constant substitution method,the auxiliary angle formula,the chemical string(tangent)method and the undetermined coefficient method are used Some students those who use of Piecewise function fitting failed to get the right answers.(3)There were some weaknesses in students learning of trigonometry,which were vividly explicated in the understanding to its concept,the application of trigonometry model in specified contexts,the mastery of the trigonometry format,the use of image and the nature of units and functions(4)The teaching was made completely according to the teaching material,which ignored student’s level in thinking.Students planned the teaching according to the orders in teaching textbooks,which would not make any difference in the reconstruction of contents of trigonometry.Based on the conclusions above,some teaching suggestions were put forward,which would promote teachers’teaching and students’understanding on trigonometry. |
