Investigation On The Present Situation Of Shandong Balloon Volleybal

In today full implementation of the "Healthy China" 2030 and the National fitness program,in order to promote the rapid development of China's mass sports,a variety of national fitness programs are excavated and used.Balloon Volleyball has been a popular sport in China in recent years.It has flourished in Guangxi,Fujian and other provinces and then becomes the file leader of the National fitness program.Subsequently,the balloon volleyball have been carried out in most cities and regions in China.At the 2017 National Games in Tianjin,it was officially launched as the stage for the National Games.In 2016,the people's Government of Shandong Province promulgated the National Fitness Implementation Plan(2016-2020),stressed the in-depth development of fitness activities,vigorously promoted the popularity of popular sports projects,actively cultivated fashionable sports projects,and supported the promotion of national folk custom projects.In this context,the Shandong Provincial Sports Bureau actively introduce balloon volleyball and formulate promotional measures to promote this project to the whole province,so that the general fitness of Shandong people can enjoy the fitness and health of the balloon volleyball.According to the statistics,the number of volleyball sports in the world today exceeds 150 million.And has been loved by national people.However,in the long time,the high requirements of volleyball for physical and technical tactics restrict the popularization of volleyball and its development as a means of fitness among the broad masses.So,the balloon volleyball which has the characteristics of volleyball has been developed.It is simple and easy to learn and its intensity is moderate.And it is suitable for ordinary people to have the exercise and the entertainments.It happens to meet the needs and tastes of the public people to become the popular fitness programs.Shandong Province is not only a large population province,but also a strong province of sports.Today,with the continuous implementation of the "National Fitness Program",the introduction,promotion and popularization of the balloon volleyball sport are the most urgent tasks of the national fitness campaign in Shandong Province and are currently being pushed by the functional sports departments.Based on the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,expert interview,Mathematical Statistics and logic analysis,this paper investigates the present situation of Shandong balloon volleyball movement,and the results show that:1.Current situation of balloon volleyball in Shandong Province.The balloon volleyball sport in Shandong Province covers 70% of the city;in Shandong Province,45% of the public have a positive attitude towards the comprehensive development of air volleyball in Shandong Province.The participation of balloon volleyball is mainly the middle-aged and senior citizens.Major occupations are teachers,and the males have a large proportion of it.Currently,the form of balloon volleyball in Shandong Province is dominated by clubs and the proportion of communities is the lowest.This is a short board issue for the development of balloon volleyball in Shandong Province.The volleyball venues(grounds)and facilities in Shandong Province are insufficient.The school's venue facilities account for the largest proportion,and the community venues(facility)facilities are in a state of no construction.The levels of the balloon volleyball competitions held in Shandong Province have the national competitions,the provincial competitions,and the municipal competitions.The professional level of balloon volleyball coaches in Shandong Province is not high,accounting for 54% of non-professionals;the number of referees can not meet the needs of the development of air volleyball and they are all most national level II coaches.Then,the social concern of Shandong balloon volleyball is mainly reflected in indifference of the functional departments,ineffective measures,capital investment insufficiency,low public opinion coverage and the curriculum which is almost zero.2.The main problems and influence factors in the development of balloon volleyball in Shandong Province.First,the main problems are poor promotion measures by functional departments,low government funding,low level of facilities construction,lack of developing the community balloon volleyball,absence of the professional number of referees,and no balloon volleyball courses in Shandong province.Second,the main factors are external environmental factors and internal environmental factors.The external environmental factors mainly include the environmental factors of national fitness,venues(pavilions),facilities and the geographical and climatic factors.Internal environmental factors mainly include the mass base,the public participation motivation,the public participation attitude,the balloon volleyball sport's own attraction and its
