Feasibility Study On The Establishment Of Gas Volleyball Course In Shandong High School

In the process of reforming of senior high school courses,some technical projects can be set up and widespread suitably.Balloon volleyball deriving from volleyball is first played by Chinese retired rail staff.It inherits volleyball's functions of sports,fitness an appreciation.In the mean time,it has its own entertainment and leisure value.Because it is bigger and softer and flies slower,it can be easily controlled and does no harm.In addition,it is of great interest,entertainment and popularity,so it can be a fashion quickly all over the country and becomes old people's favorite sports game to keep fit and comfortable.On the other hand,people involved are getting younger and younger,it is easier to introduce and spread this game to adolescent students gradually.The features and functions of Balloon volleyball agree well with senior high school students' physical and psychological development.Thus it can meet their sports demands as well as cultivate their sports habits and interest.That's why it is feasible for this sports to be set up in PE classes in senior high schools.By applying the method of document research,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on,this paper surveyed some regular senior high schools in Shandong province to investigate and analyze how they have Balloon volleyball classes.What's more,the feasibility of setting up Balloon volleyball classes in senior high school in Shandong province is mostly analyzed and argued.In the meanwhile,this paper also discusses what are the advantages and disadvantages for offering such classes,according to which,we put forward corresponding suggestions and approaches to better spread and popularize this sports game in schools.Based on investigations and analyses,we concluded a few point of views just as follows.1.Balloon volleyball is not only an entertainment,but it can also help keep fit physically and psychologically.Its features and functions areagreeable to all the people which can help teenagers in high middle schools keep healthy and adjustable to meet their demands of working out.2.Compared with basketball,football,track and field and other traditional sports,Balloon volleyball is not always being seen in senior high schools in Shandong province.Worse still,few school leaders know what exactly a sport it is,not to mention paying enough attention.3.Senior high schools in Shandong province have sufficient professional PE teachers and volleyball teachers.As well,they have numbers of courts and other basic facilities for playing volleyball and badminton.Schools have already had the human resources and material conditions to offer Balloon volleyball classes.4.The implementation of Sunshine Sports Plan makes a best opportunity for offering Balloon volleyball classes in high senior schools.5.With the development of school course,it is inevitable for Balloon volleyball to be introduced into high middle schools.It not only meets the ultimate demands of its own features and values;but it also is the inevitable embodiment of the National Fitness Program and Lifelong Sport.6.The main factors that influence the opening of Balloon Volleyball Course in senior middle school are as follows: Lack of relevant teaching materials and syllabus;Education departments at all levels and the school leaders do not attach importance to PE,without propagandizing Balloon Volleyball actively;Lack of necessary funds to support.Suppressed by traditional subjects in school PE courses;Lacking professional teachers of balloon volleyball and courts;The influence of weather and climate.Suggestions:1.Education administrative departments should compose balloon volleyball teaching materials proper for senior high schools' PE curriculum to incorporate this sports game into teaching plans for senior high schools' PE courses.2.Education departments and sports segments in Shandong province should pay enough attention to the campus sports,increase necessary funds for sports activities,propagandize Balloon volleyball through various approaches,hold kinds of balloon volleyball games,and list this game into school sports leagues in Shandong province.3.Kinds of training about balloon volleyball should be organized.Schools should attach importance to the PE teachers' training and learning.Besides,should encourage PE teachers,especially young teachers,to participate in the training and learning balloon volleyball.4.School leaders should attach importance to physical education courses and volleyball sports,promote the development and popularization of Balloon Volleyball positively and organize teachers to prepare schoolbased teaching materials.5.Physical education colleges,departments and other sports colleges in Shandong province should offer balloon volleyball courses so as to train a number of high-quality balloon volleyball professional reserve force.6.Successful experience of the development of balloon volleyball from other cities should be learned and copied.Based on the current situation of balloon volleyball,we should first select some senior high schools as pilot pioneers to set up balloon volleyball courses,then spread this game all over senior high schools in Shandong province.
