The 13 th five-year plan period is the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way in China and the strategic opportunity of building a healthy China and promoting the great development of sports undertakings.Wushu,as an excellent traditional culture and sports in China,is an important part of national fitness and is facing new development opportunities and challenges.In order to implement the national fitness plan(2016-2020)and the 13 th five-year plan for sports development,the Wushu center of the general administration of sports issued the five-year plan for the development of Chinese Wushu(2016-2020)on July 22,2016,which points out the need to strengthen the standardized management and guidance of schools run by martial arts schools,children's palaces,clubs and other social forces so as to improve the level of running schools;The establishment of martial arts school teachers certification system,improve the level of teachers,encourage and support social forces to organize all kinds of martial arts education and training activities,explore the combination of martial arts competition and cultural education of martial arts promotion mode.Explore the development mode of Wushu industry,encourage social forces to invest.Strengthen policy guidance,optimize the structure of Wushu industry,the development of standardized martial arts venues,equipment,clothing brands and markets.Now with the development of society,the martial arts museum rapidly decline,even collapse this is already a controversial fact.The development mode and operation mechanism of martial arts school determine the survival,development and height of martial arts school.this paper deeply investigates the characteristics of the establishment and development of martial arts school in Shiyan city,Hubei province,and the constituent elements of the operation mechanism of martial arts school.it studies the development mode and operation mechanism of martial arts school in Shiyan city,aiming at providing reference for the development of martial arts school in Shiyan city,and does not provide other provinces with the same type of martial arts school development experience in the new era environment.This paper studies the development mode and operation mechanism of Shiyan martial arts museum through literature review,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Draw the following conclusions:1.There are mainly three types of development models for the Shiyan City Wushu Museum.They are the development model of fitness and health,the development model of academic support,and the development model of production support.Mostof the martial arts galleries mainly develop in a traditionally academic and accommodating manner.The development model of fitness and health care mainly focuses on the development of the Wudang Mountains,and the development of the six martial arts galleries adopts a production-supporting model.2.The management experience of the managers in the Shiyan City Wushu Museum is relatively lacking.In addition,coaches in the museum are usually young and lack knowledge of martial arts teaching.It is difficult for coaches to transfer professional knowledge to students.3.The internal management mechanism of the Wushu Museum in Shiyan City has not been highly valued in student management,personnel management,etc.,which has led to confusion in the management of the martial arts museum.4.The proportion of infrastructure in Shiyan Wushu Museum is relatively small,most of which is less than 30%,and it cannot meet the basic needs of students.5.Lack of competition activities,martial arts museum's own packaging propaganda ability is weak,match activity and social market is low.6.The competition in the martial arts gymnasium in live Shiyan City is becoming increasingly intensified.After several stages of development,the martial arts hall has achieved some development in scale and quantity,but it still needs to be further improved in quality and efficiency.Insufficient in activity,the martial arts museum's own packaging propaganda ability is weak,and the match activity with the social market is low.
