To build a well-to-do society in 2020 and basically realize education modernization,weak links and short boards are in the countryside,and in the remote poverty-stricken areas such as the poor sides of the middle and western regions.The report of the Nineteenth Congress put forward the "Country Revitalization Strategy",rural education is the key,the future of rural education is closely related to rural teachers.Compared with urban schools,rural schools are relatively weak in resources,under the condition of limited material conditions,the professional feelings of rural teachers play an especially important role.In real life rural teachers’ professional feelings is increasingly missing,however,related theoretical studies are lacking,I studied the professional feelings of rural teachers on the basis of the previous accumulation,it aims to provide a pulse on the professional feelings of rural teachers,analyze the problems that arise,and propose solutions.Based on the relevant literature,this article analyzes the connotation and significance of rural teachers’ professional feeling,and then has produced the “Country Teacher Professional Feeling Scale” and compiled a questionnaire,I conducted a survey of more than 500 rural teachers in Sichuan,Hunan,Guizhou and Chongqing using a combination of questionnaires and interviews.Through SPSS 2.0 statistical analysis and collation of interview data in the later period,it is found that rural teachers’ professional feelings are generally qualified,but there are internal differences;the professional feelings of rural teachers are significantly influenced by personal factors and social factors.From this,I finds several problems existing in the professional feelings of contemporary rural teachers: First,the rural teachers’ professional feelings under low wages are in a state of sluggishness;Second,the rural teachers’ professional feelings under the disappointing status are frustrated;Thirdly,the occupational sentiment of substitute teachers in difficult life presents a swaying state.Fourth,the rural teachers’ professional feelings that students’ parents do not understand appear tired.The fifth is that the new and old differentiated rural teachers’ professional feelings are in conflict.After attribution analysis,I carried out the following thinking to boost the professional feelings of contemporary rural teachers: First of all,solid economic base: by improving the state financial education funds accounted for a percentage of gross domestic product,enhance the personnel expenditure of education funds expenditure and implement the provincial plan as a whole,to carry out the improving rural teacher’s treatment.Second,eliminate career barriers: by increasing the proportion of professional titles that are specifically targeted at rural schools,and changing the structure of the title evaluation,to achieve a moderate tilt of the professional title assessment.Third,give professional status: by actively promoting the excellent substitute teachers and giving more rights to the temporary teachers who cannot be transferred,to solve the problem of substitute teachers properly.Then,improve the working environment: by creating the atmosphere of respecting teachers in rural society and strengthening the cooperation between schools,to alleviate the contradiction between the school.Finally,to strengthen the internal drive: transformation through recruitment standards,the implementation of the "mentoring" young teacher growth plan and improve the rural teachers’ pursuit of spirit to crack down the young teachers of the higher education low mood,in order to boost their professional feelings. |
