Research On The Influence Of Western Utilitarianism On College Students' Ideological And Political Education And Countermeasures

Western utilitarianism,which takes actual effect or interest as the criterion to judge moral right and wrong,is gradually formed with the development of capitalism.In order to adapt the development and changement of capitalism,the western utilitarianism got adjustment,improvement and enriching constantly,the ultimate goal is to safeguard interests of the capitalist class;therefore,it occupies a very important position in western ethics and has a large influence on contemporary human society and its culture development.Since the reform and opening-up,the communication of our country with western countries has been increasing constantly,including the political,economic and cultural reform.In this context,utilitarianism in the west came into the public eye,and has a subtle influence on people's values and ideologies.Especially it has produced a huge impact on college students' value about orientation and behavior,and make part of the young college students be short of thinking and judgment when facing complicated pluralistic value.Thus showing a series of phenomena of utilitarianism,such as short-term learning goal,the utilitarian political ideal,secularized interpersonal interaction and so on.The important position of college students in the process of our social development determines that we must not ignore the existence of the problem,but should pay more attention to the development of the ideological and political education of college students;therefore,the analysis of the reality of college students' utilitarianism explores the western utilitarianism influence on college students' ideological and political education,and tries to find corresponding solutions of the phenomenon of college students' utilitarianism,which have the extremely practical significance.There are five parts in my paper.The first chapter includes the introduction of research background,purpose,significance,research actuality,the innovation points,difficult point of the research,and the research methods of this topic,and to explore the western utilitarianism influence on college students' ideological and political education and countermeasures research topic value.The second chapter is a comprehensiveintroduction to western utilitarianism,including western utilitarianism into the social and historical conditions,theoretical origin,main content and the essence,which can help us comprehensively understand and grasp the western utilitarianism.The third chapter mainly introduces the realistic performance of college students' utilitarianism.Selection of Nanchong,Sichuan province part of college students in the investigation,the investigation mainly has five aspects: the utilitarianism of outlook on life,the utilitarianism of political view,the utilitarianism of learning view,the utilitarianism of professional view and the utilitarianism of life view,all of these illustrate a series of utilitarianism performance of the current college students.The fourth chapter focuses on exploring the western utilitarianism influence on college students' ideological and political education.Based on the analysis of the survey data in the third chapter,the influence of western utilitarianism on the ideological and political education of college students was explored from a macroscopic perspective.The fifth one is to put forward solutions.According to the influence analysis of the fourth chapter,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the three aspects of school,society and college students themselves in order to promote the overall and healthy development of college students.
