| Based on the reality of developed capitalist society,Marcuse revealed new forms of social control,and found that a mode of illness education and the penetration of mass media defended this situation.In this context,the loss of critical thinking and rebellious behavior has become a common phenomenon in society.And the working class as the role of revolution for socialist revolution had changed.In this context,Marcuse tried to reinterpret Marx’s theory of alienation,and recover the efficacy of Marx’s theory of human liberation.He believed that a radical awareness and new sensibility to recognize their actual situation and recognize the need to change this situation was the prerequisite to recover people’s liberation needs and commitments.Therefore,Marcuse put forward the concept of reschool,mainly referring to intellectuals as educators,rousing the consciousness of the proletariat and cultivation the ability of reflection though the reconstruction of curriculum reconstruction and radical political practice.Thus combining intellectuals with the working class to form a new united front as a revolutionary subject for liberation.However,Marcuse’s proposition on overcoming alienation is only a critique of the ideology.In Marx’s philosophy of education,education not only refers to an affair of inwardness,but also the changing of social condition. |
