Since 1985,China has begun piloting non-full-time graduate education.Three decades later,The education has trained a large number of high-level application-oriented specialized personnel for China's economic construction and social progress.However,with the expansion of postgraduate enrollment,the continuous expansion of scale,the rapid growth of master graduate students,some problems are emerging in the process of postgraduate training and development.The accumulation of problems will directly and indirectly influence the quality of graduate education in China,and further reduce the quality of postgraduate students.Compared with the developed Western countries,our training quality and training mode for part-time graduate education is incomplete.Therefore,for today's social development,it is necessary to go into the management quality of non-full-time master degree.This paper takes the management quality of MPA in Wenzhou University as an example.The author applies Total Quality Management,Taylor scientific management theory and Management Process Theory.In the first place,the paper illustrates the scale of the non full-time postgraduate enrollment;and introduces the continuous expansion of the cooperative colleges,social concern and demand.Through the questionnaire survey and interview,this paper introduces the training of the master degree postgraduate education of part-time professional degree in Wenzhou University,mainly concentrating on the training of the teaching schools.The basic status of student source quality management,student status management,and curriculum and examination management,dissertation management and so on.Secondly,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality management of MPA training in Wenzhou University.This part summarizes the existing problems in the existing teaching schools for non full-time graduate education,including the inadequate integration of curriculum resources,the lack of feedback mechanism in the classroom teaching and the formation of the graduate Alliance,which does not give full play to the alliance capital of the graduate students.Source advantage,interactive communication platform construction is not in place and other problems,and further analysis of the causes of it.School can not fully play the leading role.The sense of participation of the teaching schools is not strong.Secondly,because of the system constraints,teaching school is difficult to intervene.Thirdly,the teaching school of human,material,financial resources are limited.Its role is to play its role.Fourthly,lacking the ability to excavate resources.Fifthly,the management system is not perfect.Finally,some suggestions for the quality management of the part-time graduate students are put forward,that is,to explore the new management model to give full play to the leading role of the teaching school,integrate and optimize the teaching resources,strengthen the construction of the practical teaching base,strengthen the self-management of the graduate students,improve the management of the paper and build the feedback platform for the interaction.In a word,the innovation of this paper is to put forward some views on the quality management of non full time graduate students from the point of view of teaching school,and provide valuable reference for the future research on the construction of the part-time graduate students.
