At the present stage,China is in a period of rapid development,the comprehensive strength of the country has been enhanced,social progress has been made,and the people’s living standards have been significantly improved.With the continuous progress of our country,the country pays more and more attention to training high-quality and high-level talents,taking the road of talents development,and constantly strengthening its investment in education.However,from the actual situation,the problem of high school students dropping out of school is still one of the urgent social problems,especially the group of high school students in rural areas.The high dropout rate not only hinders the overall development of rural society,but also hinders the development of the National Education cause.Can not be ignored.Of course,if this problem is effectively solved,it will greatly reduce the dropout rate in rural areas.It will not only provide more high-quality labor force,but also enhance the construction of modern agriculture and rural development.Taking the village of G flag H in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the object of investigation,the author,through several days of visits and interviews with villagers,has a precise understanding of the local development situation and the actual situation of high school students dropping out of school,and has an understanding of the factors that lead to high school students dropping out of school in rural areas.And try to use case work to intervene the problem of high school students dropping out of school in rural areas.In the process of collecting relevant data on the problem of high school students dropping out of school in rural areas,the author personally went to the villagers ’homes to conduct interviews,and combined the contents of the case owner,the case owner’s parents,and the case master’s head teacher.Using the social ecosystem theory of social work,the author analyzes the reasons why the case owners chose to drop out of school,further evaluates the actual problems and needs of the case owners,and determines the main problems faced by the case owners.The author and the case owners work together to formulate service goalsand programs.In order to effectively solve the problem of the case owner’s dropping out of school,the author has strictly carried out services to the case owner in accordance with the service plan.This service arrangement is closely organized.The use of theories,principles and case techniques of social work in order to achieve the following objectives: first,to establish a cooperative relationship of trust with the case owners and to promote the voluntary acceptance of services by the case owners,thereby exploiting the potential of the case owners,Solve the problems of the moment by changing themselves;The second is to establish a good relationship of trust with the indirect case owner,achieve good service results by improving the case owner’s living environment,and eventually the case owner voluntarily returns to the campus and re-receives education.The author evaluates the whole case service and summarizes its experience and deficiency.When the case is concluded,the author should deal with the bad emotion caused by the case’s conclusion timely,provide follow-up services,and consolidate the change and progress of the case’s owner.Finally,the author reviews and summarizes the whole article,summarizes the advantages of case work intervention and intervention reflection,and puts forward relevant suggestions based on the dropout problem of rural high school students.
