The growth of the minor has always been a concern of all sectors of the community. In recent years, the government has been actively providing the minor with a better environment for growth.Parents also fight for their children's growing environment at every effort. However,as the divorce rate in China continues to rise,it is obvious that there will be more Chinese minor children become victims of their divorced parents.Since the adverse impact of divorced parents on the young is so obvious that minor children from the divorced family attract more attention than ever before. For various reasons, children who come from the divorced family always look down on themselves, causing a series of severe problems. There are few studies on the inferiority complex of the juvenile children in divorced families, especially the specific cases of using the professional treatment methods of social work to help the minors to solve the inferiority complex. From the study of the impact of divorce on minor children,we can know that minors are prone to mental health crisis when facing parental separation. The changes in the family members, the changes in economic support and the bad information about the divorced parents are likely to affect the security and the needs of the minor children, and the underage children have not enough psychological endurance to cope with the family misfortune, thus causing a negative psychological inferiority problem. At this time, the intervention and treatment of the professional methods of social work will not only help these minor children go out of the existing psychological difficulties, but also play a fundamental role in the healthy growth of their children. In addition, the major of social work is to give people a hope to help the recipient to regain their confidence in the profession, while helping people,it can also reflect professional value. The the process of internship, after receiving the help of the mother of the case, and looking up the case of literature analysis,it is determined that the most obvious performance of the case owner is that the parents' divorce is most obvious, which is the damage to the needs of security and the needs of belonging and love, and the cognition of their own deviation, and the inferiority complex has influenced her Parent-child relationship andinterpersonal relationship.hrough analyzing the case thoroughly,it could be concluded that the mainly-analyzed figure(Shanshan)felt a sense of inferiority after her parents' divorce and could not normally communicate with any other people including her mother. In view of the problem of the case owner,To alleviate the inferiority complex, the author was interviewed six times by Maslow's demand theory, rational emotional therapy, advantage perspective theory, cognitive development theory and self-theory in the mirror. In order to achieve its normal communication with the mother, communication. In the follow-up process at the end of the case,it was found that although the victim had confidence in facing himself squarely,he could not interact with the peer group normally. With the help of the school social worker,he formed a homogeneous group, and organized a team to break the ice, meet each other, trust each other, and open up his heart.Confidence moves forward five times with progressive group activities to help the victim and other team members regain confidence and evaluate the results. The results were compared between the team members' self abasement scale(FIS)before and after the service, and it was found that the inferiority complex of the group and the Case master Shanshan were effectively helped by the end of the group service.Through this effort,we should construct the model and path of social work to solve the inferiority complex of the minor children of divorced families, and guide the young children of divorced families to face the psychological problems rationally and promote their mental health.
