At present,the divorce rate in rural areas is increasing year by year,and the number of children of divorced families in rural areas is increasing year by year.The divorce of parents not only leads to the destruction of family structure,but also brings a series of problems to children,especially a series of significant impacts on their studies.In the early stage of this study,the method of interviews and questionnaires was used to conduct in-depth research on this group,and some children's performance was found.In order to solve the problem of school weariness,which is characterized by weak learning motivation,bad learning habits and declining academic performance,how to effectively solve the problem of school weariness and make children grow up healthily and happily has become a social problem that we all care about and need to solve urgently.In addition,most of the current research and practice are mainly focused on the left-behind population,while the research direction also includes learning and education,psychological problems,interpersonal interaction and so on,there is no targeted research on the problem of children from divorced families weary of learning.Therefore,when solving the problem of School-weariness of children from divorced families in rural areas,innovative introduction of the concept of social work,the organic combination of professional social work and traditional children's work,to provide them with more specialized,humanized and differentiated services,is the inevitable requirement of education in the new era.It can not only improve the problem of School-weariness of this group,but also regain their interest in learning.It is also to meet the needs of the current society and lay a solid foundation for the construction of a harmonious socialist society and the cultivation of new people in society.Based on the study-weariness problem of D students in B Primary School of Wan'an County,this paper uses the method of case social work intervention to carry out research and analysis,synthesizes the ecosystem theory,and studies and explores how to solve the problem of study-weariness of D students.In view of the weak learning motivation,improper learning attitude and obvious decline in learning performance,the paper mainly carries out practical activities.Intervention is carried out from the aspects of oneself,family,school and society.Finally,it is concluded that it is scientific and feasible for case work to intervene in the problem of Learning-weariness of service objects.Specific measures include strengthening self-awareness and perfection of consciousness,family education support and innovation of social organization services and management,reasonable addition of social work posts in full-time schools,etc.The purpose is to promote service objects to return to normal schooling and build a more harmonious rural talent environment.
