Focusing on the cultivation of socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty,as well as cultivating “new generation” with ideals,abilities and responsibilities for national rejuvenation,are the fundamental issues of Communist Party of China in the new era concerning “what kind of people to train,how to train people,and who to train people”.Emphasizing the concept of “cultivating people with morality” and promoting the practice of “ideological and political theories teaching in all course” are the educational and teaching reforms carried out to achieve this goal.In recent years,under the leadership and promotion of the Shanghai Education Commission,colleges and universities in Shanghai have gradually changed from “ideological and political courses” to “ideological and political theories teaching in all course” by actively building a “3+1+X” ideological and political course system,digging deep into the ideological and political education resources contained in comprehensive literacy courses and professional courses,giving full play to the educational functions of all courses and the educational responsibilities of all teachers.In 2016,Shanghai's early exploring experience,with ideological and political courses as the core,comprehensive literacy courses as the support and professional courses as the radiation,was incorporated into the document No.31 of the Central Committee.In 2017,“ideological and political theories teaching in all course” was incorporated into “Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Educational System and Mechanism” from the Central Committee and transformed it from local practice to national strategic deployment.In 2018,the Ministry of Education has issued “the Outline for Improving the Quality of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities”,and “Some Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of ‘Situation and Policy' Courses in Colleges and Universities in the New Era” to promote “ideological and political theories teaching in all course” throughout the country.Based on this,this paper will focus on the exploration and practice of promoting “ideological and political theories teaching in all course” in Shanghai colleges and universities in recent years,and explore the existing practices,experience,effectiveness and problems of Shanghai universities from the perspective of professional courses.Therefore,this thesis consists of three parts.Firstly,this paper combs and defines the concept and concept of “ideological and political theories teaching in all course”,mainly to define the connotation of “ideological and political theories teaching in all course”,expounding the necessity of transforming from “ideological and political course” to “ideological and political theories teaching in all course”.Secondly,this paper investigates the current situation of promoting “ideological and political theories teaching in all course” in Shanghai universities,and makes a sample survey and analysis of “ideological and political theories teaching in all course” in Shanghai International Studies University.Finally,on the basis of reviewing and summarizing the characteristics of foreign professional curriculum education and its educational model,this paper puts forward countermeasures,suggestions and thoughts on how to further promote the “ideological and political theories teaching in all course”,especially the construction path and optimization of professional ideological and political education.
