Ideological And Political Educatin Of Colleges And Universities In The View Of Motivation Theories

Motivation is one of the important approach in the ideological and political education. In the new condition of opening and socialistic market economy, the idelogical and political education of colleges and universities is confronted with many new changes and new problems,how to applicate motivation theories and how to set up and innovate scientific and reasonable motivation mechanism properly are the important assuress to realize the goal of the ideological and political education.
