This study choose two girls with prominent problems as the study object,adopt the qualitative research methods to analyze them and draw references from the cognitive behavior correction from psychology to correct their problem behaviors in order to help them adapt to the school life and develop healthily.Through observing the study object and interviewing themselves,their parents,teachers and classmates,this study found that there were many reasons for their problems.By analyzing the reasons from parenting pattern,school,society and themselves,I found that both of them have problems with serious self-center consciousness,hard to control their mood,lack of willpower and concrete study aim.Meanwhile,they have great differences in EQ and IQ,this study chose the Contract method and Positive reinforcement method to help the first case,and adopt Rapid exposure method,Cognitive method and Care and encouragement method to help the second case.This study got good effect from the research the correction,they both made progress in some ways,their self-efficacy was improved and they were able to adapt to the school life basically.After comparing the two cases,this study found that kids of authoritarian parents have greater adaptability compared with kids of Laissez-Faire parents.As long as the teacher can care and encourage them more,they will make great progress.Of course,both Authoritarian parents and Laissez-Faire parents need to improve their methods to meet the needs of kids' development.During the process of behavior correction,teachers played the leading role in educating the students,the IQ and EQ had an influence on the effects,the kids with high IQ and EQ probably improve more.Partner relationship can make a big difference to the kids' outlook of life and value,positive outlook of life and value benefits the kids,while passive outlook of life and value may lead to more problem behaviors.Care from teachers helps improve the relationship between teachers and students,and it is also of great benefit to students' development.This study also found that prevention is better than correction,harmonious class atmosphere and student-teacher relation,positive peer relation benefit the students and can prevent behavior problems.However,the concrete prevention method remains to be studied.Second,under the nowadays educating environment and evaluation criterion,kids with low IQ and EQ are under greater pressure,and they are more possible to be ignored and put aside.Therefore,teaching methods to these students remains to be studied afterwards.
