"Problem students" is a common phenomenon in the education of primary and middle schools in china.To understand the causes of "problem students", the "problem students" education is an important contentof school management and the work of class teacher, is of great significance to the development of students.In this study, purpose sampling method was used, and interviews, observation methods were used tocollect research data. A junior high school "problem students" as study case, problems were analyzed fromfour aspects: the factors of society, school, family and himself in-depth.Study is based on the in-depth analysis of "problem students" problem from the perspectives of thesubject object."Problem students" main problems are poor academic performance, interpersonal weak andbad habits from the subject perspective;"problem students" has learning, health habits and disciplineproblems from the object perspective. The study found the school teacher factors, social factors in peerinteraction; parent-child relationship in the family factors and self factors are important factors in theformation process. Based on "problem students" of the specific problems and causes, research put forwardthe education transformation strategy: first, from the perspective of family education of parents should befamily education mode; secondly, from the perspective of school education teachers should change theteaching mode, establish good relationship between teachers and students; finally, from the perspective ofpeer interaction of "problem students" should be established a good relationship with classmates and canget more peers.
