Research On The Development And Countermeasures Of Primary School Parent School

The coordination of family education and school education to bring a positive effect for the healthy growth of children,along with the deepening of social progress and educational reform,the role of parents and family education in school education has become a hot topic.The establishment of parent school can build a communication platform for effective communication between schools and parents,schools and students,and more parents begin to pay attention to and evaluate school education activities.Therefore,this paper,through in-depth exploration of the development status of parent school,found insufficient and put forward corresponding suggestions,which have certain research value for improving school education and family education.This paper analyzes the situation of parent school from two aspects:the school and the parents.Through interviews to the leaders and the teachers of Jinguang Primary School in Quanzhou,to explore the situation of the construction of the elementary school parent school,which has positive effects and deficiencies.By investigation and interviews to the problem of the parents,to find the situation that the parents participate in school,to analyse the situation that the parents participate in school activities,their participation and participation intention.And from analysis to the differences of parent involvements in parent school activities about parents from different background,it can know about the problems of parent involvements in school activities.According to the results of the study,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the activities of primary school parents and parents' participation in the school activities.From the perspective of school,school should highlight the leadership of the government and the communities,coordinate relations among various departments,strengthen the construction of the teachers in parent school,improve the teachers abilities;improve the organization and management mechanism of parent school;scientifically plan the teaching contents.From the perspective of parents,it can further improve the parents' awareness of participating in the school activities,add more meaningful parent school activities to enhance parents' participation and increase parents' awareness of education.
