The physical fitness of adolescents is one of the key problems which our country even the whole world have pain much attention to.As the increasing development of science and technology,people become more and more depend on them,what leads to the deterioration of physical fitness.The adolescents are strong,so is China,especially the teenagers who are in transition period both in physical and mentality.As a main part of the country,the good development of the physic quality is much more important.However,lack of motivation,interest and sports consciousness,all of which make the time and quality of students' participation in sports activities are far from enough.Both the national physique monitoring bulletin 2010 and 2014 both are showing that: in recent years,the physical qualities of teenagers have improved in overall,but their strength,endurance and flexibility are still in a state of decline.At present,there is a large number of scholars who enhanced the level of youth physical quality by various forms.Such as the traditional physical exercises,aerobic exercise and high intensity intermittent movement and so on.All of these movements can improve the students' physical quality index,but almost all of them are just on the biological level,ignoring the exercise attitude of the students.To make sure the science and feasibility of this study,the literature review method was selected for searching and researching the existing information.To verify whether their physical and exerciser attitude are affected by the experiment.Results:After 8 weeks' experimental intervention,(1)students from experimental classes get higher scores in the target attitude,behavioral intention,the subjective standard dimensions which means that the students can be more active to participate in the exercise independently and inspire their interest to join in exercise;(2)after 8 weeks of experimental intervention,students from experimental classes who are effective to develop on one foot in succession,crook proneness,sit-ups,standing long jump,50 meter dash,but the push-ups goal is not ideal.Conclusion: Students' attitude to exercise can be improved through functional sports games,which can stimulate students' interest in exercise,so that they can actively participate in exercise.It can effectively enhance students' balance ability and sensitive quality.Thetraditional physical training mode can not improve the corresponding ability and even the students' sensitivity will decrease.In addition,functional sports games can promote students' performance of sit-ups and sit-ups,and improve students' physical fitness test scores.Functional sports games are beneficial for students to develop the habit of active exercise and lay a good foundation for cultivating lifelong sports.
