With the improvement of people’s living standard, a sedentary lifestyle as a normal life, to create a lot of “diseases of civilization”. While the social environment today children Sedentary life status is more prominent. 2010 of the national constitution and health research shows:the student constitution and health in general has improved, but the 7-18 age of primary and secondary school students of explosive force, strength, endurance and other Physical indicators are still in decline. A lot of studies confirmed the view of this phenomenon, active and regular physical exercise can promote adolescent health promotion, and the cultivation of youth participation in physical activity habits in the school environment can promote the healthy exercise behavior of adult.At present, scholars through the exercise intervention form to encourage youth to actively participate in physical activity, such as aerobic exercise, high intensity intermittent exercise, sport game, the traditional strength training etc.The exercise intervention can effectively improve students’ physical quality, and more and more scholars have begun to promote the combination of physical and mental development of young people’s cognitive study theory and exercise intervention, such as self determination theory of continuum motivation as a dynamic, from motivation to change external motivation, introjected motivation, identified motivation, intrinsic motivation and active motivation the process will be accompanied by the behavior of the individual and sport game for fun, entertaining and more suitable for junior high school students’ physical and mental demand. Therefore, we hypothesized that sports games can improve the students’ autonomous participation motivation, and promote the participation in physical activity and sport behavior of junior high school students.In summary, this study based on self-determination theory, practice on the physical and mental exercise effect of junior high school students through the function of sport game and traditional abdominal strength, on the function of sports game intervention to improve the sports ability, affect its adjoint motives change keep on behavior.Methods: a whole class of sampling method, selected two classes(experimental class: N=46, age: 13.41±0.69; the control class: N=46, age: 13.46 ±0.69). By means of measurement and mathematical statistics in this paper, quasi experimental research on sports games to sexual function in the form of junior high school students motivation of exercise and physical activity behaviors to promote. Reasons for the application of exercise motivation scale, exercise behavior scale, physical activity assessment scale, seven day physical activity questionnaire to know the reason of junior high school students to participate in training, exercise behavior, activity level and physical quality manual and the recovery of the questionnaire data for independent samples T test and non parametric Wilcoxon test methods for statisticalResults: ①After the experimental intervention, the experimental class and the control class exercise motivation are improved, but the two class exercise self driving machine has the difference(2.96 ±4.57 vs 0.53 ±5.02, P=0.019<0.05), the number of the students in the experimental class identity and motivationand intrinsic motivation significantly increased ② Before the experimental intervention, the strength and the balance index of experimenttal class and control class do not statistically significance(P>0.05);After the experimental intervenetion, two classes of pull-up(P=0.371), body anteflexion in sitting position(P=0.373) was not significant(P>0.05), but sit up with a significant increase(7.83±6.18 vs 13.30±4.62, P=0.002<0.01), and the control class scored higher of sit up than the experimental class,Pasteur balance statistically significancet(20.38±16.93 vs 2.67±8.63,P=0.00<0.01),in experimental classes and grades is better than that in comparative classes;③After the experimental intervention, the two classes of physical activity level increased but not significant(0.15±0.47vs-0.04±0.47, P=0.050), two classes of physical activity energy expenditure increased significantly(256.53±220.29 vs 55.92±103.42, P=0.000<0.001); two classes students have different degrees of improvement in exercise time, frequency, intensity the students in the experimental class, and improved better than control class students;④After the experimental intervention, two classes behavior stage improved significantly(0.78±1.03 vs 0.02±1.47,P=0.004<0.01), pay a return visit to the two classes of stages of behavior after 6 months, and the experimental intervention before exercise behavior still increase(2.93±1.10 vs2.33±1.14,P=0.012<0.05), The experimental class for sports keep was better than that of control class.Conclusions: After the experimental intervention, function sport game and abdominal strength exercise can promote the exercise motivation is enhanced, and the sport game is better than the abdominal strength exercises; After the experimental intervention, the experimental class and the control class of junior middle school students has increased strength and balance quality, but the control class achievement increases quickly provided;After the experimental intervention, the physical strength activity and movement of the experimental class and the control class students frequency, energy consumption of exercise and exercise behaveior were improved, but the experimental class effect is more obvious; according to the experimental results indicated that the function of the sport game can better improve the exercise motivation and behavior, therefore. the function of sport game of mental mechanism of shaping the future acquisition of exercise behavior among adolescents remains to be further inspection.
