The non-professional children's football club is an important part of the development of Shanghai football.The study of Shanghai non-professional children's football club aims to enrich the content of Shanghai football,and is conducive to the management level,self-governance and core competitiveness of Shanghai's nonprofessional children's football clubs.It is conducive to arousing wider social attention and participation.It is of great significance to cultivating young football reserve talents and promoting the popularization of football.From the research status and basic characteristics of the development of international children and adolescents nonprofessional football clubs and the problems existing in the development of nonprofessional children's football clubs in China.Using the literature data method,field survey method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to explore the main body environment of Shanghai nonprofessional children's football club and the factors affecting club development.To clarify the structure,mechanism,characteristics and problems of Shanghai nonprofessional children's football clubs,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The main types of social children's football clubs in Shanghai include commercial children's football clubs,quasi-commercial children's football clubs,community children's football clubs and unit sports clubs.The main body includes club managers,coaches,students and parents.(2)The number of registered non-professional children's football clubs in Shanghai has reached a turning point in 2015,and the total number has exceeded 210.Influenced by the spatial distribution and aggregation degree of football field,the distribution is unbalanced.(3)Among the structural load model output load values of the influencing factors of the development of non-professional children's football clubs in Shanghai,the microlevel factors are the most important factors affecting the development of nonprofessional children's football clubs in Shanghai;the meso-level factor is the influence of Shanghai non-professional children's football clubs.Important factors for development;macro-level factors are secondary factors affecting the development of non-professional children's football clubs in Shanghai.(4)The main characteristics of the development of Shanghai non-professional children's football clubs: at the macro level,Shanghai non-professional children's football clubs have superior policy conditions,regional economy and football culture atmosphere.At the meso level,international exchanges are close and in line with the international standards quickly;the development concept is advanced and the management model is novel,gradually forming the development model of nonprofessional children's football clubs with Shanghai characteristics;forming a wide range of responses throughout the country,and becoming the object of learning and imitation.At the micro level,we should learn from the advanced international experience,optimize the management mode and level,pay attention to the brand building of the club,pay attention to the training of coaches and managers,make full use of the resources of Shanghai-style football and the effect of famous accommodation to expand the social influence and popularity of non-professional children's football clubs,and have frequent contacts among peers,gradually forming regional competitions,exchanges and cooperation.Strengthen the connection with campus football and professional football youth training,improve the training and transportation of Shanghai football talents;the growing non-professional children's Football Club enriches the cultural heritage of Shanghai football and promotes the healthy development of Shanghai football.(5)The main problems in the development of non-professional children's football clubs in Shanghai include insufficient venues,shortage of teachers,weak family sports awareness and traditional social concept of "attaching importance to education and neglecting sports".Personality problems are as follows: Shanghai non-professional children's football clubs are developing rapidly,and there is still a big gap in supervision;the relevant departments are not strong enough in the qualification examination,supervision and coach standardization of clubs;other youth sports training projects pose a threat to the popularity of children's football;Shanghai campus football is developing rapidly,with the development of school football clubs in primary and secondary schools.The establishment of non-professional children's football clubs has a new impact on the source of students;the development of non-professional children's clubs in Shanghai is unbalanced,with uneven levels and uneven regional distribution,resulting in vicious competition,waste of resources and other issues to be further studied.
