Study On The Utilization And Effect Of New Rural Cooperative Medical System In Yanbian Area

The medical security system is an important public system for the state to guarantee the medical treatment and health of social members.Medical needs and medical services are the most concerned,direct and practical interests of the people.As China's comprehensive national strength rose and the people's living standards improved,the demand for medical service increased gradually.Meanwhile,medical care covers multiple fields,namely health care,pharmaceutical production,medical equipment production medical insurance,medical insurance,medical care,health care services,etc.Medical and health services are not only an important part of social undertakings,but also an important embodiment of social equity and justice.Yanbian is the traditional residence of Chinese Korean people,since the economic Reform and open up,the material living standard of the Chinese Korean people has been rapidly improved,which also caused the Chinese Korean people to pay great attention to their own health.As a result of a new cooperative medical care system in rural areas,a new kind of rural cooperative medical care system is adopted in rural areas.Up to now,the rural cooperative medical system has basically realized the purpose of guaranteeing the basic diagnosis and treatment of farmers',at the same time,payments,medical treatment reimbursements and other links gradually become convenient and transparent.The advantages of the new rural cooperative system in Yanbian region are becoming increasingly prominent.It has effectively alleviated the dilemma of "difficult and expensive access to medical services" for the majority of Chinese Korean farmers,especially for some targeted poverty-stricken households,and the new rural cooperative medical system(NRCMS)has a very significant effect on poverty reduction.This paper studies the effect of the new peasant health system in rural areas by examining the effects of reducing poverty and influence on the rural areas in the rural areas.At the same time,the backward social and economic development status in Yanbian and the unique demographic structure,family life style and ethnic psychology of the Korean people also affect the Chinese Korean people in Yanbian to fully enjoy the new rural cooperative system.The inadequacy of the ability to resist the risk of major diseases,the frequent occurrence of poverty caused by diseases and poverty caused by diseases,need to strengthen the implementation and promotion of the new rural cooperative system.
