A Study On The Population Aging Of Korean Nationality In Yanbian Prefecture

Population aging is the inevitable trend of the industrialization of the country,and it is very important to the development of society,economy and science and technology.Since 1999,China has stepped into an aging society,and the level of population aging has been increasing year by year.With the deepening of population aging in China,regional imbalance has become increasingly prominent,especially in minority areas,the aging population of ethnic minorities is characterized by regional differences.Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is the only one Korean Autonomous Prefecture,Yanbian Prefecture rural covered many border areas,especially Korean gathered mainly rural ageing study more,Korean rural population is to solve various social problems,promoting social and economic development in Yanbian,the go on the road of comprehensive well-off society has a very practical significance.The process of population development of Korean nationality has gone through different stages such as the early stage of the founding of the People's Republic of China,the period before and after the reform and opening up,and the twentieth Century and 80s and 90s of the family planning period.In this paper,the Korean population gathered several villages and towns,combined with statistical yearbook of Yanbian in 2016 statistical data,review the population development process of Yanbian.The birth rate,mortality and average life expectancy,cross-border migration is Korean in Yanbian rural population aging is the main reason;the rural population aging will have a profound impact on the development of rural economy,social security,border stability,the development of traditional culture etc..We must attach great importance to cope with the aging of rural population of Korean nationality,perfect home business and other related policies,to encourage population return;improve fertility system,encourage Korean multiple births;increase investment in agriculture and rural areas,actively promote the agricultural modernization;to improve the rural social security system and rural social service system,promote urban and rural social security and social services integration;establish old-age health insurance system,slow down the aging process.
