Competitive aerobics is developed on the basis of fitness aerobics. The emergence of difficult movements is one of the important signs of differentiation of competitive aerobics and non-sports aerobics. Therefore, the addition of difficult movements determines the nature of competitive aerobics..The aerobics program is based on the competition.Whether the contestants can compete for gold or not depends on the difficulty of the whole set of exercises, the quality of completion, and the artistic arrangement. The difficult movements best reflect the skill level and athletic ability of the athletes. In order to explore the correlation between the difficulty of analysis and the quality of completion, artistic arrangement, and final score, this study starts with the thirteenth and fourteenth World Championships, using the difficulty movement as the entry point, using the literature method, mathematical statistics,Video data analysis and other methods are used to analyze the scores, groups and combinations of 60 sets of difficult actions. The purpose is to find out the usage and distribution characteristics of the world's top athletes, and provide reference for the research of competitive aerobics in China. The aerobics project has laid the foundation for the world hegemon. The conclusion of this research:1.The low score is gradually eliminated, and the score of 1.0 is obviously increased. The competitive aerobics is moderately difficult with 0.5-0.8 points, which is difficult to rise and low difficulty. The low score difficulty moves before low and then high.Phenomenon;the distribution of moderate difficulty scores is relatively balanced;the difficulty of high scores presents a distribution pattern of high and low.2.The number of difficulty in the B and D groups is relatively stable;the C group is on the rise;the A group is slightly down. The ratio of the number of difficulty actions selected for the four groups is 2:1:5:1.Group A is active and evenly distributed in the 2-9th difficulty movements;Group B is relatively advanced, mainly concentrated in the 1-6th difficulty movement;Group C has the most balanced difficulty distribution, and the 1-10 th movement is comprehensive.Throughout;Group D is distributed before and after the whole set of actions, mainly focusing on the 1-2 and 9-10 difficulty actions.3.The difficulty combination has appeared 81 times in the two World Championships, from 34 in the 13 th World Championships to 47 in the 14 th.The 14 th is 13 times more than the 13 th World Championships. The increase in the number is concentrated on C+A;the difficulty combination of the thirteenth World Championships is concentrated in the front and middle sections of the whole set of exercises, and the latter part is relatively rare;and the fourteenth difficulty combination has a breakthrough, distributed in the complete set.Evenly.4.The total number of difficulty in Group C ranks first among the four groups, and the proportion used in the 10 difficulty levels is also the highest. However,in order to develop a balanced and healthy development of aerobics,it is more difficult to control the difficulty of Group C.Other groups of difficulty development space.5.The scores of art and difficulty ranged from the no correlation of the thirteenth session to the relevance of the fourteenth session.Great changes have taken place;the scores of the two World Championships have a strong correlation with the difficulty points; There is a strong correlation with the final score, which is directly proportional.
