| With the rapid development of the competitive aerobics, it is increasingly becoming fiercer in the aerobics world championship and every countries move towards the direction of more"difficulty, originality, stability and beauty."Thereinto, difficult movements , difficult combination and the final quality of them are the core of the routine. Every sports players on the competitive aerobics try their best to imporve the numbers and values of the rountine and difficult movements as well as the bonus points of difficult linking and they also make sure the diversity,balance, originality and high quality of difficult movements in order to imporve the competitive power. This becomes the current research topic. Thus, this paper chooses the topic"analysis and study on the difficul movements and difficult combinations in the Tenth aerobics world championship", takes the difficult movements and difficult combinations of the routine of the first six players in the five sports items in the Tenth aerobics world championship as the research objects, and utilizes the methods such as: literature method, contrastive analysis method and statistic videos method,etc. According to the analysis and study on the group division,number,form,arrangement and fianl quality of all difficult movements and the use of the difficult combinations,the author tries to master the difficult movements and difficult combinations in the routine and their final quality, and to analyse the current condition in this respect of China and the advantages and disadvantages to the developed countries, all these the author does can benefit to make the gap clear and provide some references for the development and improvement of the difficult movements, difficult combinations and fianl quality of our country, for the improvement of the competitive level of Chinese competitive aerobics and catching the developed level in the world and for the teaching and training of Chinese competitive aerobics. study results:(1)There is no lack of difficult arrangement in the the difficult combination of set movements of the first sixs in the five sports items in the Tenth aerobics world championship. The high-low order of four levels of difficult movements, based on the utilization rate in the arrangement of the difficult movements, is C,A,D and B, in which the level is mainly on C and its score limit is 0.5 to 0.8, and the average finishing rate of difficult movements in the five items is 96.38%,and the the highest rate(99.15% ) is indiviual man and the reason of losing score is the incomplete twisted landing on the level C.(2)In the tenth aerobics world championship there are many belowed characters on the individual men: the most competitive power, the obvious imporvement of the overall ability, high degree of difficulty (mainly 0.7-0.8), technique arrangement with high difficulty and high standard, outstanding individual characters and high desire for show,especially players from Spain and French. Chinese individual men players have obvious advantages in the selection of the level C of difficult movements with high scores, but they do not achieve good resutls because of lack of outstanding characters and heavy psychological burden during the games.(3)In the tenth aerobics world championship players in individual women show the advantages in the flexibility and balance, but they lack the enough ability to finish the difficult movements with levels A and B, and during the games,with less originality and difficult movements (0.6-0.7) they do not use enough difficult movements with level B. The champion from Brazil has the absolutely advantages, and our players still have big gap to the top-ranking players on the strength and jumping.(4)Mixed pair players from Romania have obvious advantages in the difficult movements, they choose the high difficult movements scores from 0.9 to 1.0, which is sledom chosen by the other top-ranking players, whose scores of difficult movements are from 0.6 to 0.7, which showed that they lack enough ability to finish highly scored difficult movements. Mixed pair is our weak link so we should keep pace with the developed standard.(5)The trio players from Romania have obvious advantages in the difficult movements, and their difficult scores mainly focused on the 0.7. Our trio players also have advantages on the scores of A level of difficult movements with the highest degree of difficulty and stable technique performance, but we do not have enough desire for show with rough details and we still have space for the development of fluency and originality of arrangement.(6)Chian II has obvious advantages on the groups in the tenth aerobics world championship, and we have many difficult movements with 0.7 score and one highly difficult movement with 1.0 score, however, we can not get a wonderful accomplishment with the least finishing rate (91.88%), but our set of movements have high degree of difficulty, highly technical standard and good coherence.(7)There are two kinds of difficult combinations with C-form and A-form, C-form and C-form in the six items in the tenth aerobics world championship, in which there are 27 C-form and A-form accounted for 69.2% in the difficult combinations in the tenth aerobics world championship. Players are allowed to use at most 3 difficult union movements in the 12 difficult movements of a set of movements, the Pike jump(utilization rate 46.2%) was most widely used in the last element, The Explosive-frame(59.0%) was most widely used in the second element, the scores of the last and second elements mainly focused on 0.7, the difficult union movements in the first or second difficult movements appeared with the most times. We use three difficult union movements in the groups and trio respectively, and we got the first and second place in those two items which showed that we have strong power and one of the successful key is the joint bonus points with 0.1 in the difficult union movements.
