Studies On The Relationship Between Technical Statistics Of CBA Regular Season And Team Athletic Performance In 2016-2017 Season

The China Basketball Association,referred to as the CBA League,represents the highest level of basketball in China.In the context of marketization and professionalism,the CBA League is a competitive sport.All participating teams are focused on improving their respective competitive abilities and competitive levels,and winning the CBA League champion Baoding as the team’s ultimate goal for one season.After competing with each other,the competitive results obtained are undoubtedly the concrete manifestation of the team’s competitive ability and competitive level.The technical statistics in basketball matches are the transformation of the actual number of games and the objective basis for measuring the actual performance of the team’s competitive ability.This article links the data of 22 regular technical statistics of each team in the regular season of the CBA League with the team’s competitive performance for comprehensive analysis and research.The entire research process is divided into "three steps" :The first step is to use the regression analysis method to compare the competitive performance and winning rate of the CBA regular season teams in the three seasons2014-2015,2015-2016,and 2016-2017,and then based on the regular season record of the C-BA league in the 2016-2017 season.Using the Q-type cluster analysis method to compare the performance levels of the 20 participating teams,it is found that although the competition pattern of the CBA league has developed toward a more balanced trend since the third season,the current competitive pattern of the league is still uneven.obvious,The difference in competitive ability between teams is still large,and teams with medium competitive level have broken gears.In the second step,the average field data of the 22 regular technical statistics of the regular season of the CBA teams in the 2016-2017 season are related to the team’s competitive performance,and the key technical statistics that affect the team’s competitive performance are found.Indicators,It was found that the total shooting situation(total shooting number,total shooting number,total shooting percentage),defensive rebounding,steals,and gain and loss points have a significant impact on the team’s record ranking.The third step is to divide the total score of the regular season stages of the CBA league teams in the 2016-2017 season into three structures: guard score,forward score and center score according to the characteristics of the basketball position,and to perform these three types of scores with the team’s competitive performance.Related analysis,It was found that the competitive performance of the CBA league team in the 2016-2017 season has a positive and linear relationship with the score of the center position player.At the same time,the standard difference between the players in these three positions(the degree of equilibrium in the scoring distribution between defenders,forwards,and center players)has a negative linear relationship with the team’s competitive performance.The research results of this paper have two meanings.On the one hand,through the clear presentation of the competition pattern of the current CBA league,it helps the league management to advance the league reform and promote the league development to provide realistic basis.On the other hand,to a certain extent,it explores the basic laws of optimizing team competitive strength and improving competitive performance.It has reference value for coaches and players to conduct targeted offensive,defensive and tactical training and competitions...
