Research On Ideological And Political Education In Universities From The Perspective Of University Culture

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,general secretary xi jinping has repeatedly mentioned the political and ideological education work in colleges and universities in his series of important speeches,making it clear that "the ideological and political work in colleges and universities is related to the fundamental issue of what kind of people colleges and universities cultivate,how and for whom.The guidelines for ideological and political education in colleges and universities have been established.University culture,as the cultural support for the existence and development of universities,runs through all the work of college education and teaching.It is an important carrier of college students' ideological and political education and plays an important role.This paper takes the ideological and political education in colleges and universities as the theme,brings the ideological and political education in colleges and universities into the perspective of university culture,and analyzes the value of university culture to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities on the basis of the preliminary clarification of their connotations and internal relations.This study is mainly divided into the following parts to elaborate the ideological and political education in universities from the perspective of university culture:The first part,the introduction part,briefly describes the significance and purpose of this research,as well as the summary of the research results of university culture and ideological and political education at home and abroad in recent years,which provides the theoretical basis for this research.The second part mainly expounds the main concepts of university culture and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,including the definition of culture,university culture and characteristics,as well as the concept of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The third part focuses on the relationship between university culture andideological and political education.The relationship is mainly divided into:first,university culture is the carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities;second,the internal consistency between university culture and ideological and political education in colleges and universities;third,university culture provides spiritual motivation for ideological and political education in colleges and universities;fourth,university ideological and political education provides training objectives for university culture.The fourth part is the multi-dimensional effect of university culture on ideological and political education.The following four aspects are discussed and analyzed respectively: first,the guidance of university spiritual culture to ideological and political education in colleges and universities;Second,the normative role of university system culture in ideological and political education;Third,the practical effect of university behavior culture on ideological and political education;Fourth,the influence of university environment culture on ideological and political education.The fifth part is the future development trend of ideological and political education in universities from the perspective of university culture.The research is divided into the following four aspects: first,the diversification of university culture and ideological and political education;The second is the integration of university culture and the humanistic culture of ideological and political education in universities;Third,the cultural reform and the popularization of ideological and political education in universities;The fourth is to explore the future innovation trend of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Finally,the conclusion points out that the development of ideological and political education in universities from the perspective of university culture is the inevitable requirement for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era..
