Research On The Winning Factors Of Team Freestyle Pom

Nowadays,team freestyle pom is fully developed in China,and its youthful vitality attracts the attention of the younger generation.Every year,all kinds of competitions about cheerleading continue throughout the country.In 2013,ICU(International Cheer Union)was officially recognized by the International Association of Single Leagues(including Olympic and non-Olympic projects)and became the 109 th member organization of the International Federation of Individual Sports and the only one in the world.The single official sports organization was accepted by the International Olympic Committee as an Olympic temporary project in 2016,which indicates that cheerleading has a good development prospect.In 2013,China was invited as the first member country to participate in the ICU competition.It has been going on for six years,but it has not achieved satisfactory results in the competition.It has to be thought-provoking.How can we win?This paper mainly uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,analytic hierarchy process,video analysis method and mathematical statistics method.Team freestyle pom is the research object,and the expert interview method is used to ask questions and formulate the winner.According to the "Sports Training",combined with the 2017-2020 cycle cheerleading rules,the expert questionnaire of the determinants of the winning factors is formulated and investigated,and the main factors and weights of the winning factors are analyzed by the analytic hierarchy process;Video analysis of the 2018 World Cheerleading Championships and the 2018 National Cheerleading Championships,using mathematical statistics to sort out relevant data and refer to a large number of documents,from the perspective of competition to analyze the main winning factors,the theory of verification and expert investigation Whether it is consistent,provide a theoretical reference for coaches and athletes to win.The research results show:(1)The screening of factors for the winning factors of team freestyle pom,starting from "Sports Training",combined with the flower ball cheerleading 2017-2020 cycle rules screening,after three screening and modification,finally screening out 9 first-level indicators and 51 secondary indicators.(2)Among the 51 winning factors of team freestyle pom,the weighted average of 4 is divided into dividing lines.According to the statistics,it is very important and important(the weighted mean is less than or equal to 5 points and greater than or equal to 4 points).There are 35 winning factors;Among the 35 winning factors,there are 5 first-level indicators(skills,physical strength,intelligence,coaches,referees),and 30 secondary indicators.It also shows that the winning factor is a factor group rather than a single individual.(3)In the system of team freestyle pom,the internal factor accounted for 63%,the external factor accounted for 37%,and the internal factor was 26% larger than the external factor,indicating that the athlete's own ability dominated.The factors are secondary.(4)Internal factors In the important first-level indicators,the “skills” weighted mean is 5,and the second-level indicators have a weighted mean of 4 or more,which indicates that they are very important and indispensable;“physical” weighted mean A sub-factor of 4.7,two-thirds weighted mean greater than 4 points,indicating that "physical energy" is second only to "skills";"smart" weighted mean is 4,and one-half weighted mean is greater than 4points The sub-factor indicates that it is the third most important factor in the ranking.(5)External factors In the first-level indicators,the “coach” weighted average is 5,and the weighted average of five-fifths is more than 4 points.“Coach” is the first important factor in external factors;The referee's weighted average is 4.2,and two-fifths of the weighted average is above 4,which is the second most important factor in external factors.(6)According to the video analysis of the 2018 World Championships and the National Championships,the average speed of the World Championships is 0.2 beats per second,and the total time is 8.2 seconds.This reflects the high intensity of the World Championship team,but the sports technology is the premise.The average number of individual difficulty is about7 in national championships,and the combination difficulty is 5 more.However,China has failed to enter the top eight,which proves that the physical fitness of Chinese athletes has not reached the international level.
