Scientific evaluation of students' academic achievement and ability level is of great significance to improve the quality of school education,evaluate students fairly and promote their development.The outline of the national plan for medium-and longterm education reform and development(2010-2020)states: "respect the law of education and the law of students' physical and mental development,and provide suitable education for every student." It calls for reform and development in the field of education,and advocates the implementation of student-centered education and assessment that respects students' individual differences.As an important part of the teaching process,educational assessment has always been concerned about its fairness and effectiveness.But the traditional examination has many shortcomings,unavoidably causes the examination result to be unfair and the validity.In addition,the psychological and behavioral differences of middle school students in the examination process cannot be detected by traditional examinations.With the development of measurement theory and computer technology,computer adaptive test can overcome some shortcomings of traditional test and monitor students' test behavior.This study from the shortage of the traditional test and examination fairness effectively arouse people's thinking,the examinee answer behavior and individual psychological difference aroused people's concern,computer adaptive test can test the examinee more effective ability three aspects: the background,a combination of literature research,questionnaire survey method,test method and mathematical model method and other research methods,and web development technology under the guidance of the item response theory,and build computer adaptive test environment,studied the experimental samples,to detect examinee's ability and personality traits affect exam answer behavior.In view of this,this research mainly has the following points :(1)the research of theoretical basis.Mainly on the basis of reading and analyzing related literature,namely on the item response theory and based on this theory basis of the relevant technology of the computer adaptive test,the big five personality theory and its development,as well as two theoretical analysis and the related literature,clarify the principle of computer adaptive test and the dimension of the big five personality traits theory framework.(2)according to the project response theory to construct a computer adaptive testing environment and organize the implementation of the test,collect candidates' answer information,including ability evaluation,answer results and answer time;Using the existing big five personality scale with good reliability and validity,the subjects were tested to obtain the information of the big five personality traits of the examinees.(3)about the collection of the examinee answer information and personality information for data processing,tries to analyze the influence of the relationship between them,and the examinee's ability and the influence of the big five personality answers to the question behavior Logistic regression model is established,and put forward Suggestions and countermeasures,for subsequent research and teachers' teaching practice to provide the reference and help.The results of this study show that the examinee's ability level has a significant influence on the examinee's answering behavior.The big five personality has the remarkable influence to examinee's answer behavior;The examinee's ability level and the big five personality have the interactive influence to the test question answer behavior.The conclusion of this study has certain theoretical significance and practical value to educational measurement and evaluation.Theoretical significance :(1)this study expands the application of the big five personality in the field of education,especially in the field of education measurement and evaluation,and enriches the big five personality theory to some extent.(2)this study under the environment of computer adaptive test experiment,on the implementation of more effective measuring of the capability of students,can more truly show the examinee of the big five personality traits,and use the time to judge examinee's each response is courtesy behavior,and then discusses the ability level and the big five personality's influence on the response behavior,for the study of the exam answer provides a new thought of incision and behavior.Practical value :(1)the computer adaptive testing system developed in this study can provide the examinee with a testing environment that is both challenging and stimulating,so that the examinee can show the real ability to the greatest extent;At the same time,in this "relaxed and substantial" assessment environment,the test,the candidates' big five personality can be fully and truly demonstrated,which is essential to the objective authenticity of the measurement results.Therefore,combining with the form of computer adaptive test,this paper discusses the test answering behavior and its influencing factors,and provides methods and technical references for the following researches.(2)the ability of this research explore the level and the big five personality answers to the question behavior influence mechanism,the influence mechanism is applied to the education teaching,the teachers in the teaching practice by working backward answer behavior examinee's personality,and then according to different personality traits and ability of examinees,take different measures to different intervention,and has a certain practical value.
