| Higher vocational colleges are the important positions of vocational education in our country,and teachers are the main body of vocational education.Teachers’ professional competence is an important prerequisite to determine whether vocational colleges can cultivate technical talents to meet the social development.There are some problems in the professional competence of five vocational and technical colleges in Langfang City,and the targeted research on them can help to provide reference for the improvement of practice.Based on the theory of human resources,especially the theory of incentive,this paper analyzes the core concepts of teachers’ professional competence in vocational colleges,such as literature analysis,survey interview and attribution analysis.And the theory of PDCA cycle theory on the basis of the professional capacity of teachers in vocational colleges in Langfang City,the status quo,to understand the basic situation of the division and the status quo of professional competence,summed up the existing problems are mainly double-quality teachers to be The teacher ’s professional competence and practice are out of touch,the teacher’ s ability to innovate is insufficient,and the overall level of teachers’ professional competence needs to be improved.Through the analysis,these problems exist for teachers’ professional competence evaluation system to be updated,teacher training and practice system is not perfect,effective and feasible incentive mechanism to be established,school-related teacher management supporting measures to be improved on the basis of the future The following aspects are improved: to improve the access standards of teachers in vocational colleges,including the development of clear and feasible teachers training objectives,to strengthen the teacher’s attention;to develop a scientific teacher evaluation system to improve the management level,including the development of teachers ability to improve the evaluation mechanism to strengthen the management of teachers;to strengthen the training of teachers and practice the improvement of training mechanisms,including pre-service training and post-training,dynamic training combined to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation to improve the practical competence of teachers;ability to enhance the incentive mechanism,including the establishment of higher standards for vocational teachers to assess the new standards,material incentives and spiritual incentives combined;actively improve the ability to improve the professional facilities,including the implementation of teaching ability to enhance the project to strengthen the exchange of teachers to learn,expand teacher exchange space,To strengthen inter-school Cooperation and so on. |
