The paper aims at exploring and discussing the issue of teaching quality assessment of tourism management for undergraduates from the perspective of students' perception.Then,it takes the theory of expectation level,theory of users'perception and theory of service quality differences as the basic theories for study after sorting out the relevant theories related to teaching quality assessment.Moreover,it also abstracts and screens the key factors affecting the teaching quality of tourism management for undergraduates as the basic resource for assessment indexes in the study by summarizing the interview with experts,teaching management personnel,teachers and students in the aspect,as well as the standardized files and relevant literature issued by the Administrative Department of Education.In order to establish the scientific and effective index system used for teaching quality assessment of tourism management for undergraduates,the paper introduces the PZB model reflecting the service quality differences,as well as the SERVQUAL assessment scale and carries out the construction of the model used for assessing teaching quality differences of tourism management for undergraduates.Afterwards,it further revises the appropriateness of assessment indexes by relying on the 5 dimensions and 22 segmented indexes in the SERVQUAL assessment scale with the 6 dimensions as tangibility,reliability,assurance,responsiveness,empathy and practicality and 30 secondary indexes related to teaching quality assessment sales of tourism management for undergraduates being constructed.To verify the measurability and scientificity of the assessment scale,the paper screens and optimizes the assessment indexes preliminarily designed by combining with Delphi method and questionnaire pre-surveying means.Finally,the teaching quality assessment system of tourism management including 6 dimensions and 29 secondary indexes is set up in this regard.The study is the empirical study with undergraduate students majoring in tourism management as the basis,then it carries out tests on the reliability,validity and paired sample T for the constructed assessment index system by adopting SPSS24.0 for the data collected from survey questionnaire.After verification,there are obvious differences between various assessment indexes,which shows that the assessment system for teaching quality is equipped with better structural validity and scientificity.Finally,the paper conducts hierarchical diagnosis for the teaching linkages and key factors with the differences of expectation of perception in terms of teaching quality,which is based on the constructed model of teaching quality differences of tourism management for undergraduates.It is found out by the study that in the teaching process of tourism management for undergraduates,students' differences in expectation of perception in terms of teaching quality mainly exist in teaching perception difference,teaching standard difference,teaching transmission difference and teaching communication difference while the teaching quality difference is the result of the above four teaching differences.Therefore,it adopts the IPA model of important performance to draw the quadrant qualified bitmap and analyze the importance of factors for teaching quality assessment by combining with the six_dimension expected mean values and 29 expectation differences of perception of indexes related to teaching quality assessment of tourism management for undergraduates,then according to the reasons for such differences and the results of IPA analysis,it further determines the priority for improvement and the relevant strategies.At last,the paper further proposes the suggestions on the improvement of teaching quality of tourism management for undergraduates based on the 6 dimensions:practicality--strengthening the practical linkages within the campus and improving the cooperation between enterprises and schools;tangibility--optimizing the teaching environment,updating the hardware device and equipment;supportability--strengthening team construction of "dual-teachers type" and carrying out regular training for teachers;reliability--being concerned on the dynamics of demands within the campus and clarifying the targets for training students majoring in tourism management;response--establishing the channel for students to reflect their opinions and providing the timely service;empathy--taking the initiative to care about students and providing customized teaching service.It is expected that the paper will provide important enlightenment and references for the enhancement of teaching quality of tourism management for undergraduates in domestic schools of the same types.
