Study On The Relationship Among Environmental Perception,environmental Behavior And Quality Of Life Perception Of Residents In Tourism Destination

The ecological construction and environmental quality of world heritage site is the lifeline of their sustainable development.Under the background of prominent environmental problems,as direct and long-term audiences of the ecological environment,residents' behavior plays a vital role in the sustainable development of world heritage site.The ultimate goal of tourism industry development is to improve the quality of life of community residents and maintain the sustainable ecological environment.Only by correctly dealing with the relationship between improving the ecological environment and improving the quality of life of residents in world heritage site and adhering to the green development mode and lifestyle,can economic,social and ecological benefits be promoted simultaneously.Only by ecological environment and improving the quality of life of community residents in the development of tourism,can we truly realize the organic unity of tourism development,ecology and residents' livelihood.This study uses sustainable development theory,stakeholder theory,tourism dependence theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as basis.By combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,it establishes a theoreticalframework and puts forward corresponding research hypotheses.Then,this paper scientifically designed the scale of environmental behavior,environmental perception and quality of life perception of residents in world heritage site,and created the relationship model of environmental behavior,environmental perception and quality of life perception.Taking Wulingyuan as a case study,the residents of Yuanjiajie,Tianzishan town and Gaoyun Community were selected as the research objects to conduct field research and obtain relevant research data.Finally,with the help of SPSS,Stata and other statistical software,through descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis,difference analysis,multiple regression model and Bootstrap methods,this paper compares and analyses the differences of environmental behavior,environmental perception and quality of life perception among residents of three different communities in Wulingyuan,and tests the hypothesis of the relationship among environmental behavior,environmental perception and quality of life perception.Through empirical analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The residents in world heritage site have the highest frequency of implementing ecological managementbehavior,relatively high enthusiasm,the lowest frequency of citizenship behavior,and the intermediate frequency of consumption behavior and persuasion behavior.The overall frequency of environmental behavior of residents in Tianzishan town is slightly higher than that of Yuanjiajie and Gaoyun.(2)The residents of Wulingyuan are very sensitive to the environment perception,and they are more sensitive to the human environment perception than to the natural environment.The sensitivity of the three communities is Gaoyun,Tianzishan Town and Yuanjiajie in turn.(3)The residents of Wulingyuan are generally satisfied with their quality of life perception,but they are not yet fully satisfied with it.(4)The environmental behavior of residents in world heritage site has a significant positive impact on their quality of life perception.Implementing environmental behavior can improve their quality of life perception and enhance their life satisfaction.The higher the cost,observability and social interaction of residents' environmental behavior,the stronger the impact on their quality of life perception.Residents' environmental perception has a significant negative impact on their quality of life perception.Environmental perception can inhibit the improvement of their quality of life perception and hinder theimprovement of residents' life satisfaction.However,environmental perception has a significant positive impact on their environmental behavior and can promote the implementation of residents' environmental behavior.(5)Environmental behavior plays a Partial mediating role between environmental perception and quality of life perception.Residents' implementation of environmental behavior can partly alleviate the negative impact of environmental perception on quality of life perception.Finally,according to the main conclusions,the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the development and protection of Wulingyuan.It points out the shortcomings of the case study and the research time,and puts forward the corresponding research prospects.
