| In the process of professional development of Chinese football,the Chinese Football Association issued the "new policy" of U23 at the beginning of 2017,which has a great impact on the development of Chinese football league.Even though the appearance of U23 players leads to a decrease in the viewing of the game,it is worthwhile compared with the construction of reserve talent echelon and the professional training of professional athletes.Supported by the theories of system theory,talent science,sports training and so on,using the methods of documentation,on-the-spot observation,video observation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,and taking the U23 players'competition data as an example,this study conducts theoretical research on the echelon construction of professional football clubs in China,and conducts comprehensive and systematic analysis and Research on the development status of young players.Current problems,find out the gap,and put forward development countermeasures.On the basis of the influence of the New Deal on U23 players in the Chinese Super League,this paper analyses the new rules for U23 players added in the Chinese Super League and the Chinese First League from 2017 to 2018.The main conclusions are as follows:In 1.18 season,the average number of U23 players'appearances decreased from 4.1 to 3.6 in 17 season.The echelon construction of League clubs at all levels was cut off.Young football talents were scarce.Most of the capable U23 players in 2017 season did not conform to U23 policy in 2018 season,which resulted in some appearances.Decline.2.In the offensive shooting data,the top scoring efficiency of U23 players in the 17 and 18 seasons reached more than 10%.Huang Zichang scored 5 goals in 18 seasons,with a shooting rate of 52.6%and a shooting efficiency of 26.3%.Zheng Dalun scored 6 goals in 17 seasons,with a shooting efficiency of 40%and a shooting efficiency of 24%.Liu Xuanchen became the top scorer in the League of China A,scoring six goals,with a goal rate of 55%.Among the breakthroughs in the offensive statistics,the breakthrough success rate of Wei Shihao was the highest in 17 seasons,reaching 88%,followed by Zheng Dalun 86%,Nansong 81%.Cao Yongjing made 25 breakthroughs and 23 breakthroughs in the 18 seasons,with a success rate of 92%,followed by Xie Weijun(87%)and Zhang Xiuwei(83%).In 17 seasons,Zheng Dalun had the highest success rate of passing and assists,reaching 91.7%without assists.In 18 seasons,Yang Fan had 97.6%success rate of passing and captured two assists.It can be concluded that players with excellent breakthrough data tend to have higher shooting numbers and higher goal efficiency,while those with higher passing efficiency tend to have higher assists.It is said that they are mutually reinforcing and closely related,so an excellent offensive player should have a higher breakthrough success rate and pass success rate.3.In defense,Zhongchao 17 season Zhou Dadi had the highest defensive efficiency,with 93.3%stealing success rate,and no late yellow card,followed by Barton 84%stealing success rate,but there were four yellow cards warning that Yang Liyu had 80%stealing success rate in 18 season,but a total of four yellow cards in a season,Wang Tien-gifted stealing success rate of team A reached 82.3%.He won a yellow card this season.It can be learned that although most U23 players have a high success rate of stealing,due to the lack of experience of U23 players,the high efficiency of stealing is often proportional to the red and yellow cards. |
