Since the professionalization of Chinese football,after more than 20 years of development,it has made certain progress.Among them,Chinese Super League has shown a booming trend due to the continuous investment of various clubs and sponsors in recent years.Due to the low level of Chinese football,the clubs have increased their investment in foreign players in recent seasons in order to improve their team's performance in the short term,which has made the Chinese Super League's competitiveness and attention more unprecedented.However,behind the unprecedented prosperity of the league's signings,there have also been some problems.The current foreign players introduced in the Chinese Super League have high prices,clubs are chaotic and other issues,and the “China Football Reform Overall Plan” promulgated in 2015 is perfecting the profession.There are major conflicts between the goals and requirements of the League Club's operation and handling of the relationship between local players and foreign players.This article takes the foreign players in the current Chinese Football Association Super League as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,expert interview,logic analysis,comparative research,mathematical statistics,case study,etc.,according to the theory of industrial organization,using the theory of industrial organization.SCP paradigm,starting from the two aspects of the policy system and the status and status of club signings formulated by the Chinese Football Association and other departments at present,research on foreign players introduced in today's Chinese Football Association Super League from three aspects: market structure,market behavior and market performance..From the macroscopic point of view,it tries to summarize the relevant laws and trends of foreign players introduced in the current CSL,and finds the policy system of the Chinese Football Association in the emergence stage and the specific operation of the club,and proposes relevant solutions.In view of the current research on the introduction of foreign players in the CSL,we can draw the following conclusions,at this stage of the CSL,the total number of foreign players can basically reach the upper limit of the registration quota.The foreign players are mainly from the South American Football Association,in the past two seasons.The number of Asian players has dropped significantly.At the same time,the CSL prefers to introduce strikers.The introduction of foreign players in variousclubs mainly relies on high transfer fees and high salaries.The limit of foreign exchange fees by the Chinese Football Association make a significant impact on the introduction of foreign players,using equity adjustment and overseas cooperation.There are fewer clubs that introduce foreign players in the form;the high-level foreign players introduced by the CSL in recent years have obvious effects,and have a significant effect in improving team performance and improving the attention of the audience.At the same time,there are some problems with the foreign players currently introduced by CSL.At present,the foreign players system of the Chinese Football Association does not conform to the AFC.The number of foreign forwards are too large,and the length of the transfer window is set short.The limit of the transfer fee for foreigners are in the low level.And some clubs' equity optimization are insufficient,the clubs can not obtain economic benefits by introducing foreign players,and foreign players occupying the domestic player's chances has become a factor restricting the introduction of foreign players in the current CSL.In response to these problems,it is proposed to learn from the J1 and K1 leagues and adjust the number of people who introduce foreign players.The foreign System formulated by the Chinese Football Association should be linked to the AFC,appropriately extend the length of the transfer window,and improve the amount of the transfer fee.Expand the adjustment of the shareholding structure,optimize the age structure of foreign players,introduce young players,and expand the club's revenue channels.
