The Group Work Method Is Involved In The Study Of Anxiety In The Transition And Reemployment Of Stay-at-homemothers

With the continuous changes of times and the development of China's economy,the education of children has been paid more and more attention by families.At the same time,the change of child-rearing concept,the opening of the second child and other factors contribute to the increasing number of stay-at-home mothers.At the same time,in order to minimize costs,despite repeated statements of the labor law,some enterprises still dismiss "expectant mothers" in a disguised way when women reach the stage of pregnancy,and there are many personal factors.Many women choose to return to the family as full-time mothers.As women give up their careers and go into the family,the role of women is reduced to the greatest extent.When conflicts break out in the family due to women working full-time,many stay-at-home mothers begin to choose to return to their careers.When these full-time mother again into the workplace,due to the long-term disconnect with society,along with the social,personal,family,and a series of reasons,a full-time mother again obtain employment is facing many difficulties,these difficulties not effectively solve the long-term backlog,lead to great stress stay-at-home moms,cause a series of anxiety problems,the anxiety of gradually evolved will,social norm.As a social worker,the author hopes to explore ways and means to alleviate anxiety problems through professional social group work methods,targeting stay-at-home mothers in the community who are preparing for re-employment.As an example,this paper,taking xi 'an M community after the early stage of the investigation,interview,finally select ten to re-employment stay-at-home moms,and to evaluate team members demand,the author in the understanding of stay-at-home moms again obtain employment situation,in-depth analysis in the process of the reemployment anxiety problem,and needs assessment,on the basis of professional social work method,based on the causes of the problem targeted and purpose of design and implementation of group work,design from different levels,helping to boost skills again obtain employment of full-time mother,increase the employment rate,moderate the relationship with the family,form the mutual supporting team,To help them deal with their anxiety problems.Finally,the results and expected goals of this group activity were comprehensively evaluated through the data of the scale and the feedback of the group members.Through the start group in xi 'an M community intervention activities and the evaluation results,showed the team work to alleviate the anxiety in full-time mother again obtain employment problem has great effect,on a personal level,family level,relieve anxiety problem has achieved good effect,but in terms of social level,and the activity of little effect,therefore,the author want to society and the government can give stay-at-home moms this group more attention,build a full-time mother again obtain employment security system,promote the development of women's social work in China.
