The development and progress of private education is accompanied by China's reform and opening up,which provides many students with the opportunity to continue learning,and also provides a large number of social construction talents for social development,which not only eases the contradiction of insufficient and uneven educational resources in China.Promote the improvement of the quality of the social workforce.Despite this,our national education still only plays a complementary role in public education.There is a significant gap between the teaching level and educational resources and the public institutions.As a result,in recent years,under the dual pressure of the decline in the number of students and the increase in the number of schools,private colleges are Enrollment faces a huge dilemma.Therefore,in the increasingly competitive environment of the student source market,how to effectively establish private student recruitment strategies and improve the reputation and image of colleges and universities is of great significance to guarantee the quantity and quality of students.Taking NC vocational college as an example,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of private college enrollment based on the survey data,and analyzes the problems and reasons of the enrollment work of private colleges in combination with the enrollment work of NC vocational colleges,and then puts forward the enrollment management strategy based on the education marketing theory.The main research contents are as follows: Firstly,the research background of this paper is introduced,the theoretical significance and practical significance of the research are summarized.Secondly,the current research status of related issues is reviewed,the concept,connotation and importance of private colleges are introduced,and the theory of educational marketing is introduced.Connotation,education marketing strategy and the necessity of introducing education marketing theory in private college enrollment are analyzed to lay the theoretical foundation of this paper.Then,taking NC Vocational College as a case,introduce its enrollment work method and enrollment status,and combine the survey data to draw influence.The factors enrolling in private colleges and universities are the two factors of students' personal factors and the quality of school running.The former includes students' learning motivation,family income and parental education.The latter includes the school's infrastructure conditions,teacher level,curriculum and professional settings.In addition,according to the actual situation of NC vocational colleges,it analyzes the shortcomings of the enrollment model,the lack of quality of the enrollment team,the false or exaggerated enrollment propaganda,and the confusion of enrollment incentive management,from policy,school development model,school quality and employment.Aspect analysis of the people In the end,this paper combines the theory of education marketing,emphasizing that the enrollment work of private colleges and universities is "student-centered",market-oriented,starting from the needs of social talents,focusing on enrollment organization planning,enrollment work teams,enrollment work brands.Specific constructive countermeasures have been proposed in terms of construction and enrollment work layout.The research in this paper hopes to help NC vocational colleges optimize the enrollment work mode and improve the enrollment management level,thus improving the enrollment quantity and quality.At the same time,it also hopes to provide reference for the enrollment management work of other private universities in China.
