Under the background of large data era in which massive data are constantly growing at exponential level,how to effectively integrate and utilize the learning behavior data generated by learners in online learning activities and mine higher-value educational information in order to realize the optimization of learners' online learning process has become a major challenge in the field of education.Among them,"dashboard" is adopted.This data visualization tool has gradually become an effective way to solve the above problems.At present,the design and application of learner dashboards based on online learning platforms are still not ideal,and the feedback of user experience is not good,especially the lack of the concept of promoting information value,which leads to the failure of online learner dashboards to give full play to their value.This is the root problem of how to mine "information value" from large educational data,it is also a research bottleneck that needs to be broken through urgently.In view of this,this study aims to promote the subsequent benign development by optimizing and improving the design of existing online learner dashboards to maximize their information value.The main research contents of the article include three aspects:(1)From the perspective of information value,this paper uses focus group method to deeply mine and define the path of online learner's dashboard information value promotion,and designs a prototype of online learner's dashboard based on the teacher's online research platform as a specific learning situation;(2)The scientificity and validity of the dashboard prototype is verified by questionnaire and interview.(3)Based on the verification of the dashboard prototype and the data analysis of user experience feedback,the value promotion model called "CCMCA" of online learner dashboard is constructed,and the corresponding promotion path and value evaluation scale are formed according to the model.Therefore,the main contents of this study are as follows:In the part of definition of the information value enhancement path and design of online learner dashboard prototype.Firstly,the author defined the promotion path in the form of focus group discussion,and constantly deleted,added and modified each path in the process.After several iterations,the final path analysis framework was formed.Then,a large number of practical and theoretical researches related to the online learner dashboard are reviewed by literature method,and the interface of the online learner dashboard was designed from the data acquisition layer,data processing layer and data visualization layer.Finally,a dashboard prototype for online learners is designed based on the actual learning situation of an existing online learning platform for teachers.In the part of verification of the dashboard prototype.In this study,20 experimental subjects were selected,then the dashboard prototype and the existing online learner dashboard were distributed to the experimental subjects in the form of electronic version at the same time.Users' experience and feedback were collected through questionnaire and interview,so as to verify the effectiveness?cognitive load?user satisfaction and self-orientation of the dashboard prototype by data analysis and interview text analysis.In the part of construction of "CCMCA" online learners dashboard value enhancement model and design of evaluation scale.On the premise of validating the online learner dashboard prototype designed by this research,based on the feedback data of user experience collected by electronic questionnaires and face-to-face interviews,a value evaluation model of online learner dashboard is constructed,which includes five dimensions:partition classification,clustering,multi-dimensional analysis,comparative analysis and data association,and the corresponding promotion path is elaborated and summarized in detail.Finally,a "CCMCA" evaluation scale for learning dashboard designers and developers was formed.
