Research purposes: To evaluate the movement effect of Wuhan Bailiheng equestrian machine and to provide improvement suggestions for the equipment.Research methods: 32 ordinary male adult college students were selected as experimental subjects.Vicon three-dimensional motion capture system,Noraxon wireless surface electromyography tester and Polar heart rate monitor were used to test the subjects.The subjects were riding the horse-riding machine at 25 files(60 r /min),35(85r/min)and 40(92r/min)movements of human kinematics data,main surface muscle group EMG signals and heart rate data,analysis and discussion of Wuhan Bailiheng equestrian machine at different exercise frequencies The effect on the joint activity,muscle activity and body load intensity characteristics of the human body.Research results:(1)Wuhan Bailiheng equestrian machine belongs to the front,rear and upper and lower axes.The movement trajectories of the human body driven by different motion frequencies are basically the same.The sagittal pelvis movement trajectory of the human body has similar characteristics compared with the real riding movement.(2)When the human body rides on the horse-riding machine at three frequencies,all the muscle groups show the higher the exercise frequency and the greater the amplitude of the myoelectric signal,but the different frequencies have different effects on the muscle activity of the human body.The fatigue of the core muscles such as the rectus femoris and erector spinae is the most obvious,and as the gear position increases,the onset time of fatigue becomes shorter and shorter.(3)The average intensity and the highest intensity of the sports area are linearly related to the frequency of the riding machine.The 25-speed and 35-speed riding machines are basically for general activities to small-intensity sports,and 40 files are basically medium-intensity sports.Analysis conclusion:(1)It is feasible and effective to evaluate the exercise effect of sports equipment by means of three-dimensional motion capture,surface electromyography and heart rate monitor synchronization test analysis.(2)The 25 th grade mainly plays the role of muscle activation and warm-up relaxation;the 35-speed frequency is better for the human waist and back exercise;the 40 th gear is mainly aerobic exercise,and the exercise time should be controlled within 5 minutes.(3)When riding the Wuhan Bailiheng riding machine,the human joint movement trajectory is different from the real riding,but its sports effect is similar to that of real riding.Both of them rely on the regular movement mode to drive the active contraction of the human muscle by passive movement.It is recommended that the riding machine increase the left and right motion track to achieve the three-dimensional motion effect in the real riding motion.(4)According to the subjective information feedback of the rider,beginners do not recommend to exercise in the 45 th position,and the exercise frequency is difficult to accept by the general population;the height of the horse body can be appropriately increased,and the length of the ankle is designed to be adjustable to meet different heights.The rider's needs;the saddle is harder and the softer inside can improve ride comfort.
