Research On Food Consumption Of R Esidents In Hangzhou

In recent years,the outbreak of food security in the world has aroused widespread concern in all fields of society.Consumers as direct bearers of the consequences of food security issues and food consumption have become issues for discussion and research in the academic community.In domestic academic fields,research on the food consumption of consumer has focused on economics,while sociology fields have lacked research on food consumption.The thesis is based on the field of food sociology and discusses food consumption of consumer from a new perspective-Social Practice,as well as the highlight and innovation of this study.From the perspective of social practice,through in-depth interviews with 18 urban residents in Hangzhou,analyzed the factors influencing their food consumption from the aspects of natural environment,social economy and physiology,as well as the differences of residents' consumption practices in high-end supermarkets,ordinary supermarkets and wild markets under the influence of various factors.Simultaneously,different food consumption practices of urban residents in response to food security issues from the levels of food quantity,food quality,nutrition and health are analyzed.In the process of urban residents'consumption practice,a set of food consumption value system which includes practical value,emotional cultural value,moral and ethical value is summarized.The study indicates that,(1)the logic of food consumption practice does not follow the logicitistic in the position of objectivism,because the law of practice does not have the characteristics of universality,generality and absoluteness.On the contrary,it is vague and uncertain.(2)The supply of the modern consumer market has lost the diversity of the types of foods sold.The city residents "What to Buy" and "How to Buy"is not determined by themselves,but has already been decided by the modern consumer market;(3)The orientation of social public opinion seems to establish a reasonable direction of consumer practice for consumers,but the direction of consumer practice has not developed in a reasonable direction,but has pointed the problem to the origin of food safety issues.
