Karate Project In Our Country In Preparation For The Fundamental Research The Tokyo Olympic Games

In August 2016,competitive karate is listed as one of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games official project,karate project officially entered the Tokyo Olympic Games preparation cycle.Cycle in karate association dedicated to karate project development in our country has made the important reform measures,but due to the karate project introduced China's time is not long,a late start,weak foundation and the karate project preparation for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games in China still faces severe challenges.Therefore,in this article,through the Olympic cycle the competitive state karate international competitiveness and karate reform project status,to search for the competitive karate positive factors and restricting factors of preparing for the Olympic Games,and put forward the basic strategy of our country's karate cycle for task.This study using the method of literature,data statistics and comparative analysis,expert interview method from investigating the Olympic cycle development competitive karate project in our country and from the following two aspects.First,the period of the Olympic Games athletic state karate international competitiveness in China,including: the competitive karate international rankings project status,basic technology application situation in our country and the world elite athletes;Second,the Olympic cycle karate project reform,development and status in China,including: event to reform,reform of business training situation,the referee system reform situation analysis and argumentation,find out the cycle positive factors and restriction factors in the development of our country's athletic karate.the following basic conclusion:1.The overall level of the Chinese competitive karate is in the lower level,and the world there is still a big gap between the high level power,with little gold power level and among women,the big level is expected to make a breakthrough in international competition;Karate players scoring ability of most technology in our country is lower than the world advanced level,only men wrestling techniques and women play in the upper technology in China is slightly higher than the world average,karate in the games of the athletes in China focus on offensive in parts,in middle of inefficiency.2.We will deepen reform of the project of events,business training,the system reform,athletes,hierarchy,association issued by the internal institutional reform is to our country athletics karate project preparation for the Olympic cycle a powerful boost reforms.3.From the perspective of karate project competitive dominant and recessive perspective of internal development was summarized and analyzed.Positive factors include: preparing for the Olympic Games competition,business training,the referee system reform etc;The restricting factors of the work preparing for the Olympic Games: uneven regional development and lack of talent,lack of comprehensive competition strength with low technical level,the basic set of hands,the referee team is weak,and so on.4.Based on the competitive karate for cycle development of the basic situation and the demand for preparation,tentative forward the basic strategy of the Olympic cycle for work:(1)giving full play to the advantages of the system focus,preparing for the Olympic Games;(2)the optimization of the preparation period karate tournament combination;(3)cultivating high level practitioners preparing for the Olympic Games;(4)by deepening the reform of project increase for power;(5)select young gifted athletes participate the Olympic preparation;(6)in the integral design for solution as the breakthrough point;(7)laying solid foundation athletes technology improve the efficiency of score;(8)for personalized training program to strengthen specialty technology;(9)to strengthen the construction of karate international referee team.
